I finally opened an Etsy shop! There's literally just one listing now, but I think it's pretty awesome--this vinyl sticker of Martin the Warrior's sword!
Redwall has my heart now and forever--and this illustration is my favorite in the entire series--so I had to carve this interpretation when practicing linocuts.

I- I was so young when I read these books I never realized that connection. Oh my god.

When your brain makes you sad and reminds you Martin absolutely went off to fight Tsarmina alone is because last time he fought a tyrant he had friends helping and Rose was killed by Badrang trying to escape him.
