it also made me think of something and it’s that i feel like i’m the only one who thinks it makes no sense that ty lee joined the kyoshi warriors :( i just think it goes against her entire ember island backstory and who she is and wants to be. i know the very end of the show and the sisters comic tried to explain it, but i still feel like it makes no sense and the writers just ultimately didn’t really know what to do with her post-war.

like i totally get ty lee wanting to help with war relief efforts because she’s a precious angel baby cinnamon roll! but just not going as far to be part of a matched set of girls again :\

Don't worry you're not the only one I've seen many people talk about that and I agree! As much as I love ty lee and the kyoshi warriors it was definitely confusing but life is better when you keep your brain nice and smooth so I don't really question it anymore 😭
