Adult. Not a safe space for TERFs, the labrys flag is not your hate symbol by the way. I use this blog for whatever I want, mostly screaming into the void and uplifting obscure queer identities. Warframe and Sonic content likely. Scary transandrophobia truther. More in pinned. Normalize Xenogenders Not Being All Cutesy And Shit. Sure, The Ones That Do Fit That Description Are
Normalize xenogenders not being all cutesy and shit. Sure, the ones that do fit that description are valid ASF, it's just that people seem to get their panties in a twist when somebody makes a gender that isn't RainbowFlowerPup gender or something. They would probably try to cancel me after seeing The Section™️ in my hoard.
Some people are going to tie in dark things to their gender.

Once you learn that you’re autistic, it can feel like you’re becoming more autistic than you were. This often contributes to imposter syndrome, and feeling like you’re faking having autism. That you’re only acting autistic because you think you have autism, when really you’re just putting on some act.
The truth, however, is that you’re most likely just autistic. You’ve learned more about autism, so now you’re noticing all these “new” autistic behaviors that have been happening subconsciously. And if those behaviors are actually new? You’re still just autistic. A lot of times when people learn about autism, they give themselves more leeway to be autistic. They let themselves stim more, they let themselves act in ways that feel more natural. A lot of times this leads to discovering a whole new set of behaviors that you haven’t had before because they had been suppressed for so long.
It’s important to not gaslight yourself during this process. Sometimes you have to take a step back and see if this is you just noticing more because you know what to look for, or if this is maybe you noticing more because you’re not suppressing everything anymore. Imposter syndrome isn’t fun to deal with, so it’s important to try and be gentle, kind, patient, and open-minded with yourself while it’s happening.
because this always comes up:
the word hermaphrodite is a slur when used to talk about human beings
it is also inaccurate to describe (most, if not all) intersex people in that way
“true hermaphrodite” is sometimes still used to describe someone with ovotesticular syndrome. it is up to an individual person whether or not they choose to refer to themselves in that way
also ovotesticular syndrome is one of the less common intersex variations
intersex people will sometimes choose to reclaim the word, but many of us prefer not to use it
if you are not intersex stop using the word hermaphrodite to refer to human beings
'Misandrist' fuckers when they do absolutely nothing to help further equality for women, but at least they can seethe in a corner about men simply existing (but not trans men!!! They're exempt cuz they're uwu babies!!!): lol I'm so quirky guys x3 I'm such a feminist uwu
Every time I see people getting upsetti that a cishet guy is wearing a skirt bc he's clearly doing it For Attention I think about how the entire first year of me growing out my beard as a cis woman got cishets AND queer people both attacking me for "just growing it for attention" "you're taking a vacation in gender nonconformity but as soon as you get tired of the abuse you'll shave" "appropriating trans struggles" like good fucking god.
November 1st will be six years since I started growing my beard out and around five since I began to understand that "intersex" is a term that applies to my body and my experiences and I fucking hate every single asshole who treats gender nonconformity in people who don't identify as trans as an attention grab or clout seeking. I haven't been inside of a women's restroom or fitting room or locker room in years, I am misgendered every time I leave the house at best and have been threatened with violence while dressing feminine and if I don't lock down my online presence as much as possible I get constant death threats and people discussing my hideous ugly body in detail. But you know, clout! :)
I shouldn't have to use identifying terms that don't apply to me or my experience to have my experience taken seriously and genuinely by other people. Fuck.
I cannot stress how important getting a diagnosis is for any mental disorder/disability (for anyone who needs it/wants it). And I also cannot stress how much of a privilege it is for people to get an official diagnosis. Self diagnosis is valid. Sincerely, a professionally diagnosed autistic person.
