So... Something just hit me a couple days ago... You know how I said in the bio for my PT!Maruki design that the Icarus myth fits him in a way? Well, I fucking realized something:

Fusing with Adam = Flying too close to the sun

Adam vanishes and Palace starts to fall apart = His "wings" are burned/gone.

The fist fight phase and then falling/attempting suicide = Icarus' fall and death...

...Except that Joker catches him, changing his fate and ending/outcome!

Wow... And I only JUST realized that. I was THAT slow on the uptake!

Hay didn't you say that you we're also considering doing Maruki's friend shibusawa to?

Huh? I don't quite remember that, I didn't have any edit plans for Shibusawa at all really (I love his design but as a character he's, "eh, so-so"). Unless it was something else??
