Idk How Uncommon It Is, But My Dog Theriotype Is A Border Collie X Husky (agouti) Mix, And I Haven't
Idk how uncommon it is, but my dog theriotype is a Border Collie x Husky (agouti) mix, and I haven't met mixed breed dog therians before (and I want to meet them, pls)
I would love to hear about everyone’s “uncommon” kin/theriotypes!
A rare species? An uncommon breed? A super niche cryptid? I want to hear alllll about it!

i absolutely despise “rare theriotype/kintype” being used in any situation. it might just be me but it feels like an unnecessary distinction that only makes “common” types feel like even more of a stereotype than they actually are.
shout out to all the sheep, cows, chickens, pigs, etc that i as a border collie was made to guide :3
The cool, damp air in my lungs, in my face, in my hair (fur)...
The warm sun sneaking in through the squished tree tops...
The mighty, powerful, sturdy trees rising from the ground to give me shelter and safety...
The fresh water in that creek, that slowly turns into a river, and carries me with it to the place I belong...
The white and fluffy fog, it kinda makes me feel like I'm touching the clouds in the sky...
All the sounds, all the smells, all the peace, all full of life...
My heart belongs to this place, the place where I can feel alive 🖤🐾
Can we take a moment to appreciate forests?
I went out to the forest next to my city with my mom today, wearing my tail
It was the best experience I've ever had, there were barely any people, the weather was perfect, my siblings weren't there to complain, I was just walking around with her
It was amazing
Forests are majestic and magnificent, people don't appreciate them enough
I don't care about the bugs, or the annoying small plants, or even the people.
Forests just make me feel so... Alive.
I'm in a group (of Spanish speaking countries) where basically everyone there believes they are "x theriotype" because of a past life, and I've seen members so anxious to know how to connect with their past lives to find out what their theriotype is, because they think that's the only way to get to know themselves.
And I was so confused, because I have always thought that I was the way I was because of my brain, that my brain was wired differently than the rest, that somehow I was given the brain that wasn't meant for this body.
So I tried to "meditate", to try and find out if what they said about "past lives" was true and I just needed to investigate on my own, but of course, I didn't find that I was a wolf in another lifetime, nor that I had owners, or parents, and not even a "tragic death in that life that made me reborn in this body", there where no memories of a time I was an animal, nothing to recall to or being melancholic about.
And seeing all that content with that "remember that time way back when I..." audio just made me think that was the message we are sending to the external world, that we all are spiritual beings and this is more like a religion than an identity, when people that doesn't feel any spiritual connection or spiritual reason to be it exist too, we exist too.
i am so tired of seeing people calling therianthropy spiritual. sure, for some people it is, but this is not a spiritual exclusive experience. it is psychological, it is physical, and it is spiritual. not everyone has a past life they’re connected with. people need to stop being exclusive in their terminology
