Keep It Secret, Keep It Safe.

Keep it secret, keep it safe.
For journals and thoughts and hidden presents; protect it with words that even Gandalf will utter. Intent is on distracting prying eyes so that they forget about your secrets, keeping them buried safe behind other thoughts.

When I perform more than one curse on a person, I put all the leftovers (smoldering herb ends, ashes of photos, wax that didn’t melt, burnt matches) into a jar. It becomes their jar. Their jar goes outside on the patio. It waits.
I did… several curses on 45. All of that stuff- in the jar. Jar on the patio. Waits.
Today I heard a ‘clink’ from outside. I went to investigate.

The constant change of weather patterns here in the midwest has caused the glass to shatter.
Now, the jar that I put 45′s leavings in was a candle jar. These things are intended to withstand temperature changes, since they often house fire. So for it to become this brittle, it had to go through a lot of extremes.
Of course, this is easily explained by natural events- however, I find a small kind of poetry in this. Will likely be watching the news a little more closely.
Properties of Sands
By Rainy-Day-Witchcraft
⌲ Beach Sand: Use for calming or anxiety spells to gradually wash away and smooth out fear/negativity, for spells of change, or in magick for motivation or strength
⌲ Desert Sand: Use for cursing to “dry out” your target of wealth/luck/happiness/etc, or add to a resilience spell for the capability to grow through hard times or situations
⌲ River Sand: Use for spells that are focused on moving on physically or mentally, or for change and/or healing magick - Can also serve as an elemental water offering
⌲ Volcanic Sand: Use for destructive spells or curses, in magick to reveal deeper or hidden meanings/feelings, or for banishing magick - Can also serve as an elemental fire offering
⌲ Heavy Mineral/Crystal Sand: (Sands with significant presence of Quartz, Garnet, Olivine, Hematite, etc.) Use in magick for personal growth, focus, or motivation. If you have a sand heavily composed of a specific gemstone (quartz, for example) usable as a substitute for that gemstone in spellwork.
⌲ Black Sand: Use for protection, banishing, or negativity-based spells
⌲ Biogenic Sand: (Sand composed majorly of bioorganisms - shells, skeletons, bones, corals, etc.) Use in magick for healing or protection
A Collection of Witch Tips Masterpost
Note: These are a collection of tips found in various places on the internet. While some of these are my own, they do not all belong to me.
•Mix together Salt and Pepper and sprinkle to prevent trespassing •Add coffee to a bath to break a curse •Place sachets of dried rosemary around the home for protection •Sprinkle around garlic powder to keep evil at bay •Add lime to your water for protection •Carry a clove with you for courage •Mint attracts business - try hanging a sprig above the door to your private workspace •Place a sprig of thyme under your pillow to bring about prophetic dreams •Hang a braid of garlic in a sickroom to trap the negative energies •Put a vial of rosemary water in a sickroom to promote healing •Stash an onion beneath a sickbed to soak up wandering negative and harmful energies •Seaweed can be used to ward off evil spirits •Scatter dried or fresh chilli peppers to break a curse •Throwing rice into the air promotes rain •Lilacs rid unwanted spirits •Black Obsidian is great for scrying •Stitch sigils into clothes, blankets, etc •Too Cold outside to storm call? Storm calling / weather magick will work just fine when facing your window and looking out •When showering, imagine all the impurities and negativity being washed off you by the water, and down into the drain •The Fae enjoy sweets as offerings the most •Wear your pendulum as a necklace when on the go •Use amethyst crystals to recharge your energies. Left Hand - Out with the old. Right hand - In with the New. •Soups and stews not only are great for healing the body, but they have many magickal properties too! •Himalayan pink salt can get seriously expensive. Unless you plan on eating it, buy Himalayan Pink Bath Salts. They’re so much cheaper and you can buy them in even larger bags. •Use coffee filters and elastic bands to make the perfect bath bags •Use sea salt when sweeping the floor to soak up the negative energies and cleanse your home •Store your Black Salt in a dark glass jar, away from sunlight.
Feel free to add all you like to this list and share it. Once again, I do not own every piece of information within this post. It is a collection of knowledge found from multiple sources. Blessed Be Dearies!

Creating a Bee-Friendly Garden A Few Simple Homemade Devices Can Go a Long Way
“Have you noticed a dearth of pollinators in your garden of late? Honeybee numbers are declining due to several factors, and it’s finally starting to make headlines. The loss of bee colonies has far-reaching consequences. About one third of our crops are pollinated by bees.”
