A/n : assuming sirius and Remus didn't die

The news were flying in daily prophet

" Remus Lupin and nymphadora tonks , soon to be married "

Joy and celebration lingered in thin air , care about dark lord on the rise was forgotten for a few moments , days even to not ruin the only Joyous occasion they could conquer .

But this didn't make up for the loss of james and Lily . They were all very young when they all met each other , Remus , sirius , james , Lily and Peter . Although today Lily and James weren't alive to be with Remus but Remus had accepted that fate and was happy to at least have sirius to be his best man .

Remus was the happiest he had ever been in days , he was finally marrying someone who he loved and adored and who accepted him for who he was and his flaws and there was nothing more he wanted in this world . And as for sirius , he was happy for Remus and tonks . They had found each other and there was nothing more he wanted in his life , for Remus to have his happy ending, someone he could grow old with .

This happened right on the night before their wedding when Remus and sirius were tipsy sat on a roof and looked up at the stars.

" Sad isn't it ?" Remus suddenly said

" What is ?"

" James and Lily aren't here " Remus said . Sirius nodded whispering indeed.

Remus and sirius were quite for a while until Remus broke the silence

" You know I always thought you would end up with someone nice . I mean you could have had anyone you wanted , why didn't you ?" Remus had found himself questioning this a lot .

" Not anyone " sirius smiled sadly . Remus looked at him

" So you're saying you met someone but they didn't want you . That's bollocks , who could be this thick and not want you " Remus snapped . Sirius chuckled.

" I guess I never told them "

" Why didn't you ?" Remus asked

" Because it would've ruined everything " Sirius replied lowly and took a sip of his drink again . Remus looked at him carefully for a moment before asking who was it . Sirius kept refusing to answer him until Remus almost threatened him

" I'm your best friend , how can you not ? I mean I might even try to lure them for you " sirius chuckled .

" It doesn't matter , he's marrying someone else " sirius slipped . He didn't wanted to but he just did . As soon as he realised what he did , his eyes widened with realisation and stood up abrupt. Remus stood up right after him and held him from walking away.

" Sirius "

" Is -i- is it me ?" Remus asked cautiously .

Sirius looked at him with glassy eyes . He didn't wanted to tell him but it was too late . He nodded . Remus held his hand for a few moments longer before sirius spoke

"How long ? "

" Since we were young, always thought you knew "

It hurt Remus to look at sirius so broken . How could Sirius never told Remus about it , he asked

" You were already into tonks when I returned from azkaban . I couldn't just do it " he whispered .

" But you know I'm very happy for you . So what if I didn't find my happy ending , you did and that's all I care about " sirius said with the most painful smile Remus had ever looked at. Remus felt tears drop from his eyes. He had to do something , just something he thought So he kissed him , sirius was taken a back but soon kissed him back with same affection like he had always wanted to .

But then next day he watched him marrying tonks and he only whispered in his head

" I met my soulmate when I met you , you didn't "

" I wasn't his soulmate " Sirius kept whispering to himself until the words no longer made any sense .

Even though lupus and orion stars were crossed the night they kissed . They were star crossed lovers but , maybe not in this lifetime or if fate had already been written then one day they will find a way back to each other and sirius would still be there , waiting for his happy ending .

Harry in the mirror: come on Harry, all you have to do is hand over the chocolates and tell him how you feel

Ron: mate, you know me and hermione are still here...

Harry:

Hermione: Harry just go find draco

Harry: right...

Harry and draco alone

Draco: hey Potter!

Harry: i can't do this!

Draco: what have you got there

Harry: take them *shoves the chocolates into dracos chest*

Draco:

Harry:

Draco: tha-

Harry: hey draco what's that!?

Draco: *turns around in shock*

Harry: *runs away*

Draco: *grabs Harry's hand*

Harry: urm-

Draco: *smiles and looks behind Harry*

Hermione and Ron watching them

Draco: I see you brought friends...

Harry: what? Where?

Draco: *turns Harry around*

Harry: oh, they weren't um- ah, they shouldn't be here.

Draco: *laughs*

Harry: urm, well I just wanted to say um-

Draco: I like you too

Harry:

Ron: good lad Harry!

Draco: *kisses Harry's forehead*

Harry: thanks

Draco: you're welcome...

Harry's head: did I really just say thankyou?

Hermione: did he really just say thankyou?

Harry: *grabs draco by the tie till their faces are centimetres away from eachother*

Hermione:

Ron:

Draco: *kisses Harry and pushed him back*

Harry: i-

Draco: meet me... at my dorm. 10pm *walks away*

Hermione: *runs up to harry* so...

Ron: Hermione, he's too flustered to speak...

Harry: *going insanely red and squealing* fuck yeah! *runs away back to his dorm*

Ron: hermione you need to teach that boy how to control him self...

Hermione: yeah...

Draco : you know there's this idiot I like but he's extremely oblivious

Harry : hmm , did you try dropping hints ?

Draco : of course I did , he's just too stupid

Harry : give me an example

Draco : I literally call out to him from three tables away , climb up a damn tree to get his attention , always insult him to get his attention , made jokes about dementors taking away his kiss and what not .

Harry : seems like he's too dumb for you Draco .

12 hours later

Harry : oh shit ..

Harry : *barging towards Slytherin table* DRACO LUCIUS MALFOY , YOU ARSE , YOU MADE ME CALL MYSELF DUMB , HOW DARE YOU !?

Draco : oh god finally

Draco : are you sunburn or you're always this hot ?

Harry : you know what Ron also says my body temperature stays pretty high , like almost every night I wake up swe-

Draco : I didn't- whatever

* goes away *

Draco to pansy : he's a hopeless case pansy

Pansy * petting Draco's hair *: it's alright , he'll learn.

2 hours later

Ron : what'd malfoy say to you , saw you talking ?

Harry : he was talking about me being hot bodied or something. Strange really!

Ron : hot bodied , how ?

Harry : he said something about me being sunburn or am I always this hot

Ron : .... Mate , please use your small brain a little .

Ron : 1,2,3 ...

Harry : OH MY GOD , MALFOY FLIRTED WITH ME

Draco : * hears distant squeaking *

Harry : * runs towards Draco like jack sparrow *

Draco: Harry made me feel things.

Pansy: What things?

Draco: Feelings.

Pansy: Harry made you feel feelings?

Draco: Yeah.
