new short. has appeared. i was woken up at a more reasonable hour this time so my reaction isn't going to be incredibly unhinged again BUT i really really like this one :D so cool to see Robo Barry again!! and we're getting more dialogue from Barry this time!

"I thought AI was supposed to be good at drawing now!" oh barry you little dickhead XD also Robo Barry is so me. literally all i do is just sketch and scribble stuff and i have papers piled up everywhere, like all over my desk, in boxes, there is just so much. kinda love the implication that Barry can't draw but Robo Barry can, it's these little things that make these two more separate characters and flesh them out further and i really like that a lot :D

in terms of wtf is happening with Craig's character though,,, i still got no clue. what is even happening with this man. who are you and why are you in my jetpack game. JJ2 and the shorts seem to still be a separate thing, like they're not taking place at the same time, and considering that piece of dialogue from the new event happening in JJ2 right now that implies Barry was taking Craig's observations that he was glowing as something more than a platonic compliment.... yeah i don't know wtf is going on. is he related to Barry or not. is this short series canon or just a "what-if" thing. what is happening. also not really sure how Barry would know Craig has a moustache considering he really only saw the back of his head before Craig got dragged away?? how would Robo Barry know either? has he perhaps seen him unmasked before? very intriguing. it's nice to see new stuff come out, even if i'm really confused as to where it's all going. the art style is super cute and expressive!! and some of the drawings on Robo Barry's walls are just so so silly i love them <3

HAPPY 14TH ANNIVERSARY JETPACK JOYRIDE!!!!

14 years!!! 14!!!! to think it has actually been THAT long since this game came out is absolutely insane. holy shit i am old lmaooo. i'm so glad that i've known this cool little game and that it's stuck around for so many years. it has stood the test of time as one of the most well known and iconic mobile games, and i bet it'll continue to do that for another 14 years!! happy 14th anniversary to Jetpack Joyride!!!

last year i did a drawing for JJ's 13th anniversary so i'm doing it again this year!!! probably won't make this into a digital drawing though as i don't really want to,,,, also this is the first time i've posted drawings of Betty and Robo Barry!!! i still cannot do lettering.

made a drawing of how i'd personally want Princess Twilight to look in the show :D those light streaks in her hair are supposed to be gold!! (but obviously i can't really show the colour of it cause,,, sketch) i always thought it would be really beautiful if Twilight got gold streaks in her hair upon becoming a princess, i think it fits her design well and looks pretty along with her colour palette :) i might draw this one digitally some time to better illustrate the golden hair colour. also i like to think that Twilight would have subtle light star-shaped markings on her fur that become more apparent as she grows older and becomes more enlightened as a princess. there's a fur mutation called dapple coat that you can see in some horses that give them these really beautiful snowflake-like spots on their fur, and i really like the idea of Twilight having a similar mutation that makes it look like her fur is covered in stars. it fits cause like... unicorns and their magic were originally very connected with the stars in some early concepts for MLP and Twilight's super into astrology herself :D

i think halfbrick should do a numbers game where every time someone begs for dan the man 2 to be released they postpone it by another day

i haven't drawn these dorks in a while, i've kinda been re-relearning how to draw Barry for the 50,000th time looll. i love them, they are my gay little babies ♥️ i love thinking about them in a blanket together, maybe watching a nice movie or simply snuggling on a cold July night (southern hemisphere moment) over at Barry's house.

also i drew them as little audhd and autism creatures!!!! i love drawing Barry as an autism+adhd creature so much, he's literally just a little guy vibrating with unlimited energy and then Craig is just.... so relaxed lmaoo

i love these two so much and i'm still pretty disappinted over what ended up happening. ah well, i've already said this takes place in my own little self-iindulgent canon and that this Craig is different from true canon anyway. this will always be canon in my little brain realm.....

you might not remember it since i barely talked about it, but earlier this year, i made an account on cohost that i considered moving to in case tumblr started REALLY going down the gutter. it was kind of an impulsive decision (i like jumping from site to site and tumblr was doing some awful shit that caused a lot of people to move to cohost) but it was enjoyable, and though i stopped using the site as much, it was a fun experience! unfortunately though, cohost is shutting down at the end of this year due to a lack of funds and resources. the site will become read-only on October 1st of this year before finally closing its doors on the 31st of December. this is,,,, very saddening to me. it's sad to see a small yet fun website go down, and though i kinda thought this might happen in the future, i didn't expect it to be so soon into its lifespan. i'm a huge internet history nut and i care a lot about archiving my stuff even if it's just silly small ideas and stuff, so i've made a masterpost on cohost of archived versions of all my posts on there if anyone would like to read it :D (and yes the masterpost is also archived)
