Really odd Crashman headcannon:

He likes birds, just a lot. He knows a lot about them and will ramble about it for hours to anyone who will listen.

I do quite like the nanobot idea as it is pretty neat, just the concept of one robot being made of a unfathomable hive mind of smaller ones is both cool and terrifying at the same time.
