Jacq, different from a lot others cultist, actually cared about his igiene, and for cleaning himself, he used the sea water and the less than clean sewer's water.

So, when Gortash discovered this, he kinda trowed a fit about how Jacq was a walking biohazard,and made him a bath. And after that, it kinda became an important part of their routine, were Gortash help clean Jacq, brushing his hair while they talked about mass murder and world domination, and about their day, who they killed, who they blackmail, etc ..
