Okay okay so I was looking in depth at Gortash's clothing and I noticed a few things!! :33
Each of the tassels on his belt have a skull on surrounded by a circle, like the stone carving in the Temple of Bhaal:
His belt buckle thing is literally a Dragon spewing out flames with a Bane demon on the end with it's teeth, horns and tongue sticking out! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

Finally, this coupley looking shit. Dragon and Bane symbols connected together via a gold chain with a connecting Dragon medallion??? ૮꒰ྀི⸝⸝> . <⸝⸝꒱ྀིა
