WAIT WAIT WAIT LET ME COOK
Listen to the lyrics very closely.
You notice a theme? It gives off a very “I am beyond saving but not beyond repentance” vibe, or, at least to me it does.
This doesn’t really fit any character we’ve seen in Murder Drones. Not the titular murder drones, not Uzi, not even Doll.
But what if there was a character that we haven’t seen? A character of such vital importance and yet they never got a single line of real dialogue? A character that, as far as we know, should be dead?
I think the person singing this song is Cyn.
I don’t mean The child-skinning, Doll-murdering, N-traumatizing Absolute Solver, I mean Cyn.
The one who lost everything to the solver. Her body, her life, her brother, even her name.
There's so many Vizzy edits on TikTok now after the finale... Vizzy posts on Twitter are getting thousands of likes... NATURE IS HEALING!!! LOVE WINS!!!!
🚨SPOILERS BELOW🚨

They… they adopted him… my boy… he’s so happy…

Praying to any god that will listen that Murder Drones doesn't join the long long line of great series ruined by their finale.
Excuse me,
20 minutes?
To wrap up the entire murder drones plot?
Murder drones finale stuff kinda a spoiler
20 MINUTES?!?
I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE LONGEST SINCE IT'S THE FINALE

We find out tomorrow.
Nuzi, Envy, and Vizzy. The big three of MD ships.
A big post about comparing these great ships and the reasons why people love them.
Reason #1: colors

N and Uzi are on nigh polar opposite ends of the color wheel, very obviously fitting their nigh polar opposite personalities.
V and Lizzy, while still very different from each other, aren’t quite as opposite as N and Uzi. Their colors more… accentuate each other rather than fully contrast. Again, very fitting.
N x V is very different from the prior two. Their colors don’t show how different they are but instead how similar they are… at least at first. At first it showed that they were cut from the same cloth, it felt like they were meant to be together. Now, in yellow, it feels like a reminder of how far they’ve grown apart.
Reason #2: dynamics
This one is probably a lot less complicated to explain.
Nuzi is two very common but very loved tropes combined: The “Two loveable dumbasses get up to shenanigans” trope and the all too familiar “opposites attract” trope. Somehow resulting in the queerest straight couple known to man, and we love it.
The Vizzy Dynamic is both really hard and really easy to explain because it has multiple different parts and interpretations and is not cannon (yet). The interpretation that most people in the Vizzy Nation have is Lizzy simply not fearing V and V being very confused but not necessarily disliking it. Also, two “tsundere” -type characters put together really can’t go wrong.
Envy, oh Envy. I’m so sorry, Envy and Envy enjoyers, but I honestly much prefer it in the past tense than the present tense. The “dynamic” of Envy to me is that it was so simple and so perfect, but it was just never meant to be. It is a very tragic and realistic story. I like Envy, not as a ship per se, but as a story.
I was wrong.
Reason #3: IDK bonus canonicity/legacy round
This is almost like a bonus reason because any sane shipper (oxymoron) doesn’t really care if their ship is canon, but it is a nice cherry on top!
Envy is, in a way, the ship of the past. Not in any negative way but rather a sort off… nostalgic way. A nice thing to look back on. Envy was canon, and it’s a good thing that it was.
Nuzi is the ship of “now”, as in episodes 2-8. The age where glitch is consistently supporting the show and the fandom is always awaiting the next episode. Nuzi is canon and always will be.
Vizzy, I predict, will be the ship of the future. When the only thing supporting the fandom is a bit of merch every once in a while, a few glitch inn shorts, and the fandom itself. Vizzy could be canon and nobody would complain but it will be more popular in the future.
It’s 1:30 as I’m writing this and oh god I need to go to bed.
(Feel free to add whatever you want to this!)

Murder Drones is too well-written of a series to use the power of love prevails trope to explain how the protagonist is suddenly able to defeat the overwhelmingly more powerful main villain.
.........................right?

3 days left for the finale
Khan and Teacher get into a relationship but when Nori comes back Khan paniks and worries Nori will hate him and think he's a cheater but instead she's just like "sweet, new husband"
*clears her throat*
WHAT I WANT TO SEE IN MURDER DRONES EPISODE 8!!!!111!1!!
1. N and Uzi KISS with explosion in the background and in space<3
2. Absolute Solver exploding and never coming back.
3. V IS ALIVE! AND HAS ARMY OF DINO ROBOTS WHO FIGHT FOR HER!
4. V and Lizzy reunite and have lesbian moment or something
5. Khan and Nori have badass fight together and end up wanting to marry each other all over again
6. J has A LOT of screen time. She found out that Tessa is dead and wants to fight with N and V against Absolute Solver/Cyn<3
7. A lot of Thad screen time
8. Proper funeral for Doll;-;
9. All who survived escaping to find new, beautiful planet to live on
10. N and Uzi wedding combined with wedding of Uzi's parents
11. N and Uzi having 7383847383 children
12. N adopted a dog and he's very happy and alive
(I know that SOMETHING bad will happen and probably someone will die BUT LET ME LIVE IN MY DELUSIONS)

rb and all that jazz

I love how complicated her expression is. I love how you can tell that while it’s mostly anger and annoyance, there’s a lot more going on in her head.
This is the expression of betrayal, and more specifically, someone looking down on their betrayer.
I’ll bet money that she’s looking down at either N or Tessa after the “Tessa is Cyn reveal”. If it’s N, that look in her eyes is doubt. If it’s Tescyn that look is pure disdain.
(Or I’m reading way too much into this.)

look it's your pfp from a different angle
They look even more depressing! :D
(Permission to make this my new pfp?)
Allow me to add:
N snapping and fucking somebody up in the process
Vizzy moment X2
Badass Thadori (Thad possessed by Nori) reveal
An explanation for why Lizzy refuses to die
Teacher moment
Some lines/little things I want to see in Episode 8
Also my adhd is messing with my a little and I genuinely don’t know if I’ve already made this post
Uzi and Nori saying “Bite me” at the same time
Any mention of Yeva, literally anything PLEASEPLEA-
“I messed up, in the same way I’m about to fix it.” Preferably from N cuz that’d be so sweet if he remembered that
Tesscyn/Flesha using Tessa’s voice to manipulate J or just fuck with her head in general
The cores in Alice’s oven being relevant (they have name labels soooo)
If somehow Alice is alive, make Nori and her interact because they HATE each other and that’d be so funny
Vizzy moment. anything.
hugs. Most likely Nuzi but just anybody hugging. please
(feel free to add to this list)
Don’t forget, Lizzy, Thad, and Nori were the only semi important characters who were left out of the trailer.
I half jokingly said this was because every scene Lizzy was in, V was in. This theory however, is (sadly/j) a much better explanation
The Nori-Thad Theory is Almost Certainly Correct

^Lizzy signals Thad not to ask in this scene because she already knows exactly what Khan is talking about. Nori is her secret friend and the thing she is looking for is N, V, and J's original ship. A way off world.
The Nori-Thad theory is 100% right. It has to be. I can't think of any other theory related to Nori's survival that makes as many pieces slot together coherently.
It explains so much.
>Who Lizzy's secret friend is
>Why Lizzy says that secrets are blackmail when Thad asks why she won't tell him anything (keeping Nori's survival a secret from UZI)
>Why Lizzy says she is a good friend (keeping Nori's survival a secret and saving an unaware Thad)
>Why Lizzy acts unsurprised by what Khan says
>Why Lizzy says that J/J's arrival/J's ship is related to what she is looking for
>Why Lizzy & Thad were heading to N, V, & J's original ship (Nori told Lizzy what was going to happen/could happen to Copper 9)
>How Nori is alive
>How Nori made it to CFL
>Why Nori is looking for the patch now (she learned UZI inherited and activated the Solver after coming back from the dead, possibly getting said info from Lizzy)
>Why the Solver asserted that Nori should be dead (she did die)
>Why Nori repeatedly says that she died/was killed
>Thad's Ep4 purple lights
>Thad's Ep4 disappearance
>Thad not being aware of any of this (possessed drones don't recall anything from their possession)
>Nori's desire to remain hidden from UZI explains why UZI and, by extension, the audience is unware of this
>Potentially even explains why Thad, Lizzy, and Khan show up at CFL at the end of Ep7
It sounds insane, but I'm confident it is correct.
The alternative is that Nori wasn't killed during her encounter with the Disassembly drones and has spent the last 15+ years living at Cabin Fever labs or wandering around outside Outpost 03.
Ok, I’ve kinda held this opinion back for a while but I absolutely despise the idea of MD ending on some “everything sucks and there’s nothing but despair in the world” type shit, I loathe it with every fiber of my being.
A happy ending would be awesome.
A bittersweet ending is most realistic.
An “everybody dies” ending where everybody knows it and spends their final moments confessing/embracing/loving/ect each other would make me bawl a small ocean.
But an ending like that… Is a waste of everybody’s fucking time. I can go on, get into details, but I don’t want to, nor feel like I should need to.
If you disagree, please, tell me how, I want to know if I’m wrong or in the minority with this opinion.
The video that made me think about this: Analyzing every frame of the MD episode 8 trailer! Honestly it’s a really good video, I just hate the ending.

The ending of Murder Drones revisited

So, I'd figure that I should do a remake of last year's poll I made about the ending of Murder Drones. Who would have thought that the show would last about eight episodes? I don't know how Liam and the crew managed to wrap up the show with nearly all loose ends tied, but we'll have to wait and see on the 23rd. I mean, I have the date and time scheduled. So, here it goes.
Don't forget to reblog for sample size.
