its hillarious how protective arthur and the knights are of merlin

whicheverone you ask, they would say that merlin is a precious angel, anyone who would dare lay a finger on him would taste their swords, merlin is the best of them all the only one worthy of love

meanwhile merlin is leaning against a nearby wall, sighing dramaticaly with hands litetally covered in blood

and as far as the knights are concerned this aint blood, what are you talking about. this is merlin. the red on his hands is the paint he uses to customise clothes for orphans because hes such a good person, they dont deserve him hes so precious look at him
