Posting at 4 AM

So, I’ve learned that you should never post anything on Twitter or social media in general after 4 in the morning. Why? Because sometimes you’ll share stuff like this:

Legit, I have no idea what headspace I was in when I posted this or how I came to that conclusion.

If anyone wants to help me figure it out, that would be appreciated.

Phew, I’ve been working on this one for a while!

Context: A while back, I posted a deviantART poll asking which of my characters you’d like to see me draw next, and the result was a tie between Al and Sabrina. So I decided to draw them getting some ice cream and taking a leisurely walk down the boardwalk. I only decided later on that it should be sunset, haha.

And now comes the elephant in the room: As many of you know, I haven’t uploaded a new page of my webcomic Eight-Layer Inferno: Semesters of Hell, which stars these two, in over a year. The “three pages a week” schedule was too much for me and I fell behind rather quickly; plus, real life got in the way, as I moved and started college in another place. Now that I’m feeling interested in continuing the comic again, I must ask: Would you guys rather me create a bunch of pages now and wait until I’m finished with the chapter to upload them on a weekly or biweekly schedule, or would you rather me just create them and upload each page once I’m done with it?

Echoes of Thunder TDP Anthology Needs Help

HEY GUYS.

So, some of you may know about the Echoes of Thunder art anthology. If not, it’s a big anthology of a bunch of TDP art from the show @dragonprinceofficial, over 100 artists, and you should check it out on INDIEGOGO (I want to link it, but then tumblr won’t let it show up on mobile). As of writing this, they are almost $24,000 and they need $33,000. They have 3 days left and unless some cash really starts pouring in, they won’t make it.

So, please, please, go and donate, get a perk, check it out, there’s LOTS of great merch in it including a sketchbook! If you can’t donate or buy anything, please reblog this and get it out there! This anthology can be really great and anything Dragon Prince, of course, helps show interest for future seasons. Please, support it!

When are you going to review Wizard of Oz on Ice?

I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know that was a thing.

I was randomly inspired one day to create my concept art for another world, a foreign planet and some of its moons--one of them terraformed--in another part of the universe. It was fitting that I would ultimately post it on July 20, on the fiftieth anniversary of Neil Armstrong’s historic walk on the moon during the Apollo 11 mission. I’ve always believed that humans are naturally curious and that while we should always take top priority with maintaining our home world, we should continue to explore the galaxy. (If I’m feeling so inspired, I may be tempted to use these worlds again in some future works of mine. Who knows?)
