I do love that in the novel WWX kicks Jingyi so that the possessed arm touches the coat and saves Sizhui that way and spawns the idea to use the coats. But this is good too. I like that it gives Sizhui some ideas of his own here. Like he is a cultivator leading a night hunt, he should be able to think of things like that.
