Sometimes You Split For No Reason. Sometimes Theres A Reason That You Dont Know. But Sometimes Its Just
sometimes you split for no reason. sometimes there’s a reason that you don’t know. but sometimes it’s just for no reason. sometimes you experience the slightest bit of stress and your brain copes the way it’s always coped: splitting, especially if you’re polyfragmented. sometimes these alters don’t fix the problems or even help them. sometimes you split for no reason. wanting to know everything about your system is normal, but sometimes things just happen because they do.

If your page is safe for endos, then you as a person are not safe for trauma victims.

PSA
This is your reminder that OSDDID and systems cannot form without trauma, endogenic systems are not a real thing. If you do not have trauma, then you do not have a system.

Literally!
man i can't imagine what it's like to be a singlet
like, how do you function everyday? how do you deal with stressful or scary situations without splitting? how can you make decisions so well? how do you remember things so easily? how do you have consistent writing and drawing and speaking and mannerisms?
it's such a strange thing to think about as a system (and a large one at that)

That awkward moment when you start questioning if it's actually P-DID or if it's not and I've just completely confused everything
((I know I'm a system, but now I'm questioning what type again because sometimes it feels like the host is gone but we've been so sure that they're always there and now we're not))
