my body deserves rest

i deserve to sleep in a calming environment

i deserve to sleep in a room that smells nice

i deserve to go to sleep with a clear mind

i deserve to wake up feeling refreshed

i deserve to lean into rest for as long as i need to

i deserve to experience peace and tranquility

i do not need to be productive to be deserving of rest

rest is not a reward, but a requirement

i deserve to wake up feeling well rested

i deserve to go to sleep knowing I’m loved and am deserving of deep, nourishing rest

i deserve to go easier on myself

i deserve to release all tension prior to sleep and fully give into melting into my bed

i will awaken energised and fulfilled

i will be grateful i slept

i will show my body love and kindness once i awaken

i thank my body for carrying me safely through sleep and helping me heal

i'm seeing people losing hope for palestine i'm begging you seriously please don't. the death toll is high but there are still people alive, there are still journalists risking everything to make sure the world sees what is happening. please continue protesting if you have the option to, keep demanding for a ceasefire and keep talking about palestinians both alive and dead. you have to keep going until the very end or else you really did fail them.

What we're not gonna do is endlessly beat ourselves up over past mistakes. They've had their time. Now, cherish the wisdom they've gifted you. Forgive yourself. Often. Embrace the lessons and give yourself the grace to move forward.
