People saying “Tecchou would blame [minor inconvenience] on the ADA” are kinda missing the point imo.
The Hunting Dogs have been led to believe that the ADA is a terrorist organization and one they’ve made an enemy of. It makes sense for Tecchou to believe that they’re behind Jouno’s disappearance.
It’s not him just blaming things on them for no reason. It’s because of the spread of misinformation, and the resulting misunderstanding.
