Has anyone considered that Tecchou might be able to use the space-time powers of ame-no-gozen?

The sword’s powers are not strong enough for the average person, Fukuchi’s ability means he can increase that power to the point that he is able to use it with some limitations on how far in time it can go and such.

With Tecchou’s ability being “sword can extend to reach a target” maybe the swords powers could be activated to reach a target that is in the past or future? So far, we haven’t seen what limits Tecchou’s ability has for distance. Maybe he’d be able to use the space-time powers limitlessly?

i’ve been wondering about something.... i don’t know if it’s just me but i’ve heard some takes from the fandom that jouno was manipulative towards tachihara? i haven’t reviewed their interactions so i’m curious on what they could be referring to

i vaguely recall that yeah, it was regarding this part

like!! other than some takes calling jouno manipulative towards tachihara, jouno was also?? criticized for this somewhat?? like what you said, he didn’t intervene even when he knew something was up between the commander and tachihara, which could’ve been bad and dangerous on tachihara’s end (and did end up really bad), some takes talking about how he didn’t intervene because he wants a “gotcha moment” in betraying fukuchi (if memory serves me right)

but also like, jouno couldn’t have known much just by tachihara making a trivial lie to fukuchi’s face considering this

and the fact that jouno was originally willing to become a decay until he remembered that one old lady who thanked him, which cancels out jouno feigning alliance to have a “gotcha moment” on fukuchi

which i guess is to be expected?? but like..... agh i don't know how to explain it... and like another thing i wonder about him is how he got loose in the first place? because he was considered a Calamity eight years ago, and that's not a really long time. considering how long he's lived thus far, you would think he'd be more guarded right? like i don't think even fukuchi would have that big of a power to just waltz in and borrow him for a couple weeks KSDKJS; it's not like bram can hide around wherever considering his body either, so the chances of him being held captive is higher than him being a constant runaway, unless we haven't seen the true extent of his ability and that if he can dematerialize or shapeshift like the typical vampire trope

the reason i want to learn about him is because he Did turn people into his kin, he did do that up until he was dubbed as a calamity, in which he stopped and even stated he had no interest when he was presented akutagawa nor inflicting further chaos with fukuchi. and like to me, this begs the question, did he make use of his ability before to inflict chaos? or did he do it out of necessity? and if so, what kind of necessity?

his existence brings more questions, and the more he exposes little pieces about his life brings way more questions than answers, but honestly, i find it fun about his character KJSDKJDSJK

as for headcanons?

uhh for one, i feel like his music tastes go from medieval classics up to 80s pop... typical typical i know!!!! it's just judging from his character more so than him being a vampire...... i don't think he particularly likes very loud sounds in his music, and with aya having him listen to 80s pop, i think they would both bond over indie pop...

i also think bram isn't that ancient, he's only probably almost a century old or 2 centuries old? but i'm not exactly well-versed in history so i'm not sure exactly what time period he'd live in to have experienced a backstory like that or speak the way he does :(

and lastly, i don't think that his ability can revive a dead human beyond getting turned into a mindless vampire... i did remember a fic where it did a bit of both, where the character was 5 steps away from death when they got turned back to human, so i guess that could work as well, i forgot what fic it was though.....

wow yeah, okay i have... no thoughts about this guy.... uhm. oops...

i mean he's kinda prettyyy but other than that i got nothing :(

i guess i have mixed feelings towards him? this is coming from someone who has yet to read the gaiden manga or the dark era light novel, so i can't really grasp his character very well beyond someone deeply tied down to his own work that he is willing to sacrifice anyone, cross lines and anything under the sun to fulfill his goals. essentially an admirably dangerous man.

it does make me wonder why he's like that though? like, everytime i think of him, i remember the time i reread a bit of the manga and caught up to the part where he was about to shoot lucy and kyouka so as to not waste anymore time straying away from important matters. like, it's interesting that despite his composed and almost rigid appearance (based on his actions, not appearance), he so easily adapts or withdraws like an unwavering pool. like. why is he like that. he clearly got a long backlog of experience of having to do this so why.
