so like, what happens if a muggle gets bitten by a werewolf? i mean, it has to have happened at some point, right. do they get a crash course on ‘magic is real’, or does the ministry just sort of leave them to their own devices with absolutely no knowledge of what happened to them?

Oh, you mean my boy???? The most useless half-vampire to exist????? Okay lemme dump all of this on ya.

-Edgar’s spent so long as a slayer that he’s effectively booby trapped his own home and he barely survives his first week as a half-vampire.

-We’re talking “I can’t remember if I blessed that glass of water or not, but I’m really thirsty”. “I accidentally trapped myself in my trailer because of the salt circle around it.” “I have a raging headache and couldn’t figure out why until my brother got rid of all my crucifixes. I didn’t realize those actually did anything” y'all get the picture, right?

-It takes him a very long time to finally break down and make that first kill. Around 3 years, actually.

-Once he’s made the transition to full vamp, all of his human reservations go right out the door. He’s upset with himself for caving, and he takes it out on every single one of his victims. He frightens even his own coven members sometimes. Edgar’s always been aggressive. Violent. A little trigger happy. And being turned only amplifies that. He’s still a killing machine, he’s just switched targets.

-Edgar’s spent so much time as a slayer and so much time making stupid mistakes because of it that by the time he fully turns, he fears nothing and no one.
