That’s it. I binged three times this week I need to shapen the fuck up or I’m unaliving myself.
Sometimes I feel like a poser.
I made myself a meal plan averaging 300-400 calories a day. That’s not starving. Thats not ana. That’s not going to make me skinny.
But these plans help me. I feel fake. I feel like I’m pretending.
