I remember when we were all bitchen and whining about how long it was taking for us to get a date for part two, and then before we got that date, we got the cancellation news 😭

It’s only been I week and I’m spiraling. I miss them so much already.

And I’m patiently waiting for the cast to make one more final post about the show (so I can cry even more).

Eric and Ariel’s love story is one for the books. In the first clip of the video, Eric would rather believe Ariel was a fantasy, not real, then to accept the fact that she was lost to him.

The way they gradually fell in love with each other was amazing to see. Their common interests, thingamabobs, them wanting to break free from their parents and explore the world on their own. How they cared.

Eric falling for Ariel even though she wasn’t the “mystery girl” and when he found said “mystery girl” he was still worried and looking for Ariel. How once she turned back into a mermaid he still embraced her, literally and figuratively.

When Rob said the animated Eric was a two dimensional character he was not lying. (Have you seen the lashing AEric is getting on twitter? Rightfully so.) He brought depth and life to this new Eric.

The Little Mermaid (2023) is the best live action Disney princess movie hands down!

My friend is kind of an asshole and thinks that guys and girls can’t be friends. He says the only reason we’re just friends is because I won’t put pity sex on the table (and I won’t, but he’s holding out hope 😂). On the real though he said Brenton’s behavior is “familiar” in the way he speaks and blushes about/around her. He thinks them working closely together could be a factor and if something were going on romantically between them he could probably easily mask it with the shared friendship between Anna and his sister. Likewise, if there was something romantic going on with Anna and his sister it could be masked by his friendship with Anna. I guess it’s plausible, but we’ll probably never know (and it’s not my business 👀 🤷🏻‍♂️

eh I’ve had plenty of guy friends that are just that, friends. some did develop a crush and I didn’t see them that way and now we’re unfortunately not friends. So I could see why your friend can think like that. But at the same time men, if the woman simply does not want you get over it. it’s not the end of the world.

I have no idea. But I do see people on twitter use CharlotteGeorge as a their ship name, I don’t like it simply because it’s to long, but I like your suggestions. 🫶🏽
