Idk if this will help anyone but when I get vaccines I tell the nurses not to give me a count down/warn me, then put on headphones and either listen to music or watch videos. The only thing count downs do is give me time to panic, which is bad. On the other hand distracting myself with videos and them just giving me it while I'm not paying attention means I don't have time to panic so my brain just goes "oh ok I guess this is happening"

I just had a realization about my trainersonas over the generations:
Most of my female trainersonas: CHAOS GREMLIN WHO CAN AND MAY KILL YOU
Most of my male trainersonas: soft baby boy, living embodiment of wholesome
I hate house renovation tv shows so fudging much.
Show host: so here's a house with lovely multi colored brick siding.
Me: wonderful, lovely, perfect.
Host: so we are going to remove the brick and paint it all white!
Me: wtf.
Real question: why isn't sign language a required second language? At what point did we say that it was just ok for an entire portion of our population to be possibly unable to communicate with the other portion? Cuz I think that is truly dumb. Everyone should be taught sign language.
I kinda want to post about my various eternatus centric swsh AUs. But like, do I make a drawing for each? Just make a massive text post? Idk
