King Bradley, the Furher... escaped from his security detail to go and buy a melon for Ed and Al and visited them in the hospital. He didnt need to buy the melon to visit them, he was just there to undermine their investigation into 5th laboratory. He gave them the melon, told them to trust nobody in the military, and snuck away from his security once again.
Such an interesting characterization. For a character who's the embodyment of wrath he sure liked to goof off occasionally.
Somewhere in Central there's a shocked shopkeeper who just sold the furher a melon.
