Thank You For The 100 Followers!
Thank you for the 100 followers!
I noticed only yesterday and now I'm making this late post but thank you.

In my art history I have never reacher a 3 digit number of followers.
And because of that I'm doing a giveaway/raffle(?). I will pick a random person out of the reblogers to draw a picture for. (Liking and commenting might boost your chances.) More on the sketchy side (like the picture above) because I don't have that much time but winner can pick between styles I can do. It doesn't need to look "traditonal" either.
Winner will be picked when I feel like it (up to a week at max).

For the second raffle winner,@dianeramic's alien species called Pehkei

They have very fun design
Also thank you all for participating, it was a good time.
little headcanon since uniima are very different for just being different species, all your organisms have like a humanoid larval stage and all of the humanoid adults are just neotonous
I do plan to make a species with a humanoid larval stage that's true.
However the reason for why one Uniima species is a blue elf with horns and one is a whole different being is that humanoid Uniima were specifically 'created' by their god to be appealing to elven folk.
In this world there used to be god-like beings that would influence the evolution of life in different regions.
When they finally made their own sapient species it started a fight for dominance. Uniima LL (humanoid) are the direct result of that. Their god decided to abandon the original Uniima and make new ones to fit better into the new world.
Often humanoid Uniima will have mutations making them look a lot like original Uniima C. Being Uniima LL is not always fun. They have very "rigid" but unstable DNA.
I think him and Neal would understand one another pretty well. And I'm getting weirdly emotional over that.

Here be the first official character for my alien verse! (which now has a name, by the way - I’m calling it Vivere 44). Meet Vreaz, an ocean dweller Sea Crawler and star student at ESSE [Elvoirs School of Space Exploration]. The school is located on a small moon, Kilra, which is part of a larger solar system known as Zhagaviit. More on that later. For now, an infodump on this funky little shrimp.
