I'm gonna chug water until I feel sick let you know if I lose any weight

Wasn't sick and didn't chug but I just slowly drank. I think I lost weight. Maybe idk. I fel my ribs more though

I binge ate all day today ugh

Update: binges today too. Going on a diet and I tied a shoe lace around my stomach to see if I can get it lose without checking my weight everyday. I need to stop doing that. It isn't healthy because if I see no weight loss within a day I give up.

P.S. the fat around the shoe lace feels disgusting. Like my rolls just inhale it. Yuck
