I just discovered a great ana hack. I crave coffee, especially in the morning before class and work, so I went to bath n body and got the “paris cafe” candle so I can smell the latte I crave and trick my brain into thinking I’ve had one and holy shit it works! You could do this with literally anything!

Vanilla latte

Apple pie

Sugar cookie

Cupcake

Berries n cream

LITERALLY ANY CRAVING!!!
