One great thing about howls moving castle they left out in the movie is how, by the end, howl and Sophie are equals in every way

Like it’s implied they are in the movie I think but in the book you see Sophie fully come into her own magic and self confidence and I wish they had that more in the movie

alas i cannot convince you to do your homework bc i am currently having my mother write my essay for american studies, but i can give you attention

do you like any of your teachers? do you have a favorite class?

my favorite teacher would probably be my astronomy teacher bc he loves the subject and can make anyone interested in astronomy. i am lucky enough to go to a school with a planetarium, so that’s really cool.

my favorite class though would probably be french bc i like most of the kids in that class and it feels like a safe space to me. my french teacher is very nice and chill which is great

Uhhhh my favorite class would prob be math? I'm taking precal rn and it's easy so immediate fav. Otherwise I would say Chem Or US history bc I have all my friends there and we had a whole debate about how Ann Hutchinson is a girlboss :] Fav teacher..... uhhhhh my Chem teacher is cool. I had him last year too and he knows that I'm p nonverbal in the morning bc he's my first class and he just let's me chill so that's nice.

You go to a school with a planetarium?????? What that's so cool!!! I think we have an astronomy course? But its kinda a throwaway science credit idk if people really take it. French seems hard idk I took my 2 yrs of required Spanish and dipped. Srry I'm bad at languages 😔✌

chem is also one of my favorites i looked up ann hutchinson and she does seem like a girl boss challenging male authority and gender roles? sign me up i love astronomy and i took the semester course last year and now i’m taking the full year one this year my astronomy class could be considered a throw away class as well since it’s pretty easy and that makes me sad reading french and writing french is a little easy to me it’s just close enough to english and i know a bit already so i can get the gist but speaking french or listening to some speak french is completely lost on me i am on year 2 of 3 of french :/ i’m glad ur chem teacher is chill jay my beloved i feel like i should make a beloved tag for each of your names lol
