I love Will and Mike’s dynamic but I kinda wish that they won’t be in the same storyline together again in s5 because (some) people in this fandom make literally every thing about them. Like…I just saw a tweet of El almost dying in vol2 and people were like “omg the light behind Mike and Will are yellow and blue that means they’re gonna end up together 🤩🤩 also the way they look at each other 🥰🥰”

don’t get mad at my opinion but i think we all know that byler is never gonna happen in ST5 . will might be in love with mike but mike is in love with el and even if/when will tells mike how he feels about him it will always be a unrequited love. i love will he’s my favorite character in the show and i think he deserves a happy ending but i also know that mike doesn’t feel like that with him and i hate that for will but be realistic.

I don’t understand people who continually act like Mike is some kind of devil when he and Lucas did not want to play DND with Will in season 3, but ignore the fact that Will literally woke them up after Mike had had a breakup and said that it was ‘ a day free of girls’ like if I said that to my bestie after a breakup I would be lucky to be alive. Plus Will ONLY blamed Mike even though Lucas was involved as well AND he insulted El on top of that, calling her ‘some stupid girl’. If I were Mike I would be pretty pissed. And the ‘it’s not my fault you don’t like girls ‘ just means that he doesn't understand how he feels because he doesn’t have a girlfriend yet. So stop attacking Mike Wheelers every move while making Will out to be some angel who does no wrong
