Writing a cover letter, or better yet, the menial task of writing the worst 3 paragraphs of your life in 3-4 hours complied from random templates you saw on Google images (20% of them are from Business Insider)
reasons I think clinical depression should qualify as an extracurricular on applications and stuff :
- it's an aspect that takes up a significant piece of my time
- not all students are doing it
- impressive to be managing it along with curricular stuff
- takes up time and mental energy of atleast one extracurricular
- learning outcomes
- did I mention it takes up a lot of time

people are like "no one wants to work anymore" when every job application is like upload your resume and cover letter. okay now manually type out your resume and cover letter in our text boxes. okay now answer these 10 riddles. okay now take a rorschach test. okay now upload a photo of your childhood bedroom and explain the relationship between its layout and the adult you are today. okay now show us your youtube watch history. okay now define the color "red." okay now walk into a patch of poison ivy and take a selfie of you holding up a paper saying "i <3 ivy." okay now wave your hands in the air if you just don't care. that one was a trick to cull the applicants who don't care. okay now choose a loved one to sacrifice. great! thank you for submitting your application we will not be calling you
i just submitted college applications for like 8 schools i’m so relieved.
hopefully this means the stuff in my drafts will see the light of day. after all those essays im sick of google docs lmao. watch as i post what was intended to be my celebratory end of the summer fic in the dead of winter.
anyway super excited to have time to do things again until i start scrambling for the regular decision deadline.

NetworkBangtan, the largest BTS network on Tumblr with over 700 members, has reopened applications for the first 100 applications we receive.
If you are accepted as a member, you can use our *members only* tag #networkbangtan to get any of your BTS-themed gifs, graphics, fan arts, etc. reblogged onto our blog (we call it your “original content”) and your url is put in the BTS blog directory. You can also participate in network activities like fanfic exchanges and gfx contests!
Note: This round, we will no longer be operating network group chats for accepted members. Our previous rounds have resulted in group chats that stayed active for a few days at best, so we decided to no longer open any. Sorry!

Your blog must be active + at least 80% BTS. Sideblogs are accepted.
