I have beef with the fact that all good autism rep seems to come with an aversion to touch. If I like you, I WILL be touching you in any and every way possible, thank you very much. I will be leaning on you or sitting on you or hugging you or running my hands through your hair. And I would very much like to be resiprocated. I’m not good at words, I’d much rather show and receive my affection with other sensory input. I would very much argue I am like this BECAUSE of my autism, not despite it.
