Sorry that there haven't been a lot of therian week posts out of me lately!! I'm reevaluating my current alterhuman identity and questioning new and completely different animals that could be a part of me.

Also I think I misidentified my German shorthaired pointer theriotype-

Sleepy Critter Sunday!!!

I am the tiredest guy ever but I still have to do my interview painting today 😔😔

Having prey drive is so weirddd 😭😭

Like I cannot be around rabbits (wild or tame) without wanting to chase them down and snap their neck in my jaws, the sweet tang of their blood flooding my mouth.

Its only with rabbits too, like the German shorthaired pointer and coywolf in me is taking over 💀

Im the kind of dog that would bring you dead rabbits, bringing them inside, tail wagging as their blood drips down my muzzle.

Today in things testosterone has done to me that I didn't expect/think about

It deepened my bark!! It's a lower tone now!!!

Its made barking so much more fun and euphoria for me since I sound a lot more like the dog breeds and canines I feel connected to rather than smaller dogs with higher pitched barks that I don't feel a connection to.

(P.S. RUFF RUFF RUFF BOOF GRRRRUFFF BARK!!! :3)

For me my nonhumanity and by extension, physical nonhumanity is very fluid, so some days I'll be more canine than human or more human than canine. But basically how I view my nonhumanity is that I'm a dog in every way that I'm a human (physically and mentally!!). And at the time of writing this rant, I was feeling more human than canine, therefor I referred to my outer body as human!

Hopefully that makes sense, it a little hard to explain haha

But if this isn't how physical nonhumanity works by definition or there's a different label that would fit this better, please let me know!!

Hey guys, reminder to everyone that I don't just identify with the terms nonhuman and therian, I fully identify as a canine alongside my (sadly) physical human body.

I am a physical nonhuman. I am a dog.

And I'm tired of seeing hate towards physical nonhumans/alterhumans in our own community. Physical nonhumans, endels, shifters, and clinical zoanthropes are all an important and valid part of our community. Sure we may look like humans to you, but we are animals. We are not 'crazy' or 'mentally ill' because of this.

Everyone in the community is an animal in their own way and we all have to learn to respect that.

Was riding the bus home today and heard a pair of sisters fighting and the younger one randomly yelled:

"OKAY WELL YOU'RE A FURRY. YOU PRACTICE QUADRILATERAL!!"

And I was like quadrilateral?????

I JUST REALIZED SHE MEANT QUADROBICS 😭😭😭

Well you heard it from her yall, we gotta go practice quadrilateral!1!1!1!1

I WAS TALKING TO MY MOM EARLIER AND SHE SAID

Actually so sick and twisted that I'm a big ol' human when I'm literally supposed to be a little puppy

I want to run on all fours. To bound through fields and chase rabbits. But nothing my feeble human shaped body can do relieves that urge. Quads only reinforce the fact that this body was never made for that, they make me feel like this body is a punishment. Shaking hands bearing the all-too-heavy weight of my body can never compare to the paws agilely trudging over the plains in pursuit. I just want to run, to do what I was meant to do, to be who I was meant to be. But I can't, and it's my curse to forever mourn that loss.

*just slept for 9 hours and then did a single task*

To all my pals that follow this blog, I know yall followed me for alterhuman content, but would you guys care if I started reblogging stuff from the fandoms I'm in, or would you rather I make a separate blog for that similar to my art blog? (which is @electricfox btw pssstttt)

I was watching the first episode of the new season of Sweet Tooth and just seeing the hybrids made me, I don't know, upset in a way? I never felt this way when I was watching the two other seasons when they came out, I just thought the hybrids were really neat. And thinking about it, it's probably because of my awakening as a alterhuman.

Seeing these 'half animal' characters makes me so sad because I know I'll never get to have that. That I'll be trapped in a human perceived body until I die. And that's not usually something I care about because I'm still human alongside being a dog, but these hybrids have the best of both worlds. They have everything I could ever want and never have.

I wish I was a hybrid.

Everything would be so much easier.
