School Bus Graveyard As Text Posts 1/?

A Quick Break

They were supposed to be training. That went out the window about 30 minutes in, when they took a "break", devolving into just giving up on training and chatting.

They were sitting around the school bus when Aiden got bored and announced he was going for snacks. Taylor went along with him seeing as she was also kinda bored. Logan was going to stay in the bus, but Ashlyn gave him a pleading look and he went with them.

So now Tyler, Ben, and Ashlyn sat around the bus, Tyler and Ben discussing something random (Ben talking through notes app) while an obviously tense Ashlyn fiddled with her bracelet. That was until she spoke up.

"... can you guys promise not to freak out when- if I die?"

They stared at her in confusion before Tyler finally spoke. "Ashlyn what the hell? Of course we're going to freak out if you die? And that's such a random question? What the fuck even prompted that question?"

Ashlyn shook her hands to stop them from asking any more after seeing Ben start to type. "Let me explain- if I die, even if they won't necessarily care, the group is going to need a leader. If I die, I want you two to step up and lead the group. You two are some of the strongest in our little group, and I think your strength combined with the bonds you have with some of the others will make you the best candidates to lead if I die."

'Ok, SLOW DOWN' Ben's text to speech voice chimed in. '1, why are you so worried about dying? Sure, we're in a death realm every night, but none of us have croaked yet, and you're clearly strong, so why do you think you're going to die?' Tyler nods along, waiting for Ben to finish. 'And 2, what's this about the others not caring if you died?'

"Yeah, even if we didn't care about you, Taylor and Logan are both heart throbs and would definitely be upset if you died!" Tyler was uncharacteristically concerned for someone outside of his family.

"Calm down, calm down, let me explain. I'm not worried about dying, we just live in a death realm as you said, and if I die, the group will need a leader." Ashlyn rubs her forehead, this interaction not going as smoothly as she expected.

Ben and Tyler were staring at her. 'You've been thinking about death and the only thing you're worried about is the group needing a leader?'

"That's not the only thing- whatever this isn't what's important right now! Promise me that if I die, no matter how gruesome my death is, you won't freak out! The others will need a leader, and I need you two to be those leaders! Promise me!"

Ben and Tyler were once again staring at her, but for a different reason than before, seeing as this was one of the only bursts of emotions she's had around them.

After a few seconds, the robotic voice was activated. 'If it's that important to you, I promise to lead the others if you die.'

"Me too, I guess…"

Ashlyn sighed, nodding, when Tyler spoke up again. "But seriously, what was that about the others not caring if you died?"

Ashlyn glared at him. "That's not important right now."

'and the when in your first ask?'

Ashlyn groaned. "It was just a slip up!"

"You aren't planning anything stupid, are you?"

Ashlyn's head snapped up. "Wha- no! Why would I plan my death when I need to lead the others? As much as I trust you two to lead the group, I'm not dying just yet."

Tyler and Ben were about to argue when Taylor, Aiden, and Logan walked back in, carrying bags of snacks. "What's this about death?" Aiden asked with a curious grin, tilting his head.

Ashlyn sighed. "Nothing. And why did you guys bring so many snacks? We're just taking a break!"

Logan piped up. "Sorry Ashlyn, I tried to control them, but they couldn't make a decision on what they wanted, so they just grabbed everything…"

Ben and Tyler finally stopped staring at Ashlyn, and it wasn't brought up again, but they did glance at Ashlyn throughout the rest of the "break."

They never finished that training.

He kept mumbling I'm sorry while you stare blankly in the ceiling and coughing up blood but you're still alive your holding his other arm

Ben put him aside and starting to heal you when ben took out the bullet in you're chest you can hear someone is vomiting

You're eye sight is starting to blur

You jolted from the sound of the alarm clock when you say up properly you can feel the sting in your chest

When you got up and go to the bad room the door was suddenly bust open you check who it was and it revealed

"i know i should probably knock in your door i didn't mean to but are you ok i didn't mean to do that iwasjustinapanicididntnoticeyourunningthereimsosorry I'm sorry-"

His words stop when you hugged him and hush him that your ok you're still alive

"I'm really really sorry does it sting?"

He said while sobbing

You nodded and just hugged you and kissed your forehead not a moment later your mother went upstairs only to see you two hugging and smiled

"(name), Logan you're bothe late for school"

When he got there he flashed the phantom that was near you with a flash light

He thought you were dead till you gasp and sat down coughing

He pat your back and whisper I'm sorry while holding you

"are you ok?, are you feeling dizzy?, can you stand up?, can you hear me?"

You said weakly creasing his cheeks he holds you tightly while you whine that it hurts

Then he saw your hand with a bat he wanted to speak but some of him is closing his mouth

But he doesn't want to see you suffer you're already crying

He said while struggling you gave him the bat but now you can feel your bones crushed when he started to beat the shit out of the phantom

You're whole arm was torn off

You scream and scream and cried he finally killed the phantom but when he looked at you you have no arm

His eyes are widen and went to you quickly his mind starting to panic he can see you crying he ripped part of his shirt and covered your arm

He finally patch you up and you guys were on the bus

"looks like i only have one arm to use in realm"

He holds you tightly

"i love you, please don't leave me.."

I'm bored so here some headcannos for whatever one who see this

Taylor and Aiden act like best crazy friends with a LOT of energy almost the entire time, so they skip some final classes to play sports, run or scale a tree (Ash catch they a several times in her house roof and they only answer is: We are bored)

Tyler and Logan play games like COD and in a ten rounds, Tyler lost nine of then and have to hear Aiden yelling and mocking at him all the times he lost

Ben it's Tyler personal body pillow when they sleep together, Ben actually like that but feel shy if someone question him about it

Ashlyn can't sleep alone when the group is all together, like, yeah she can lie alone but sometime Taylor and Aiden will come and lie on her

BUT Ash is not innocent and one day that she see they sleeping without her, Ash literally just separete they and lie in the middle (her parents are shocked when they see it happened)

The group try to learn how to dance copying Ash but Ben, Tyler and Logan just have two left feets and the ones who can really dance with her are Aiden and Taylor (but both just are not in her level of skill and probably will never be

More headcannons because I can't sleep

Logan play a lot of games of fps and strategy, but ironically his favourite game it's Sara's cooking class (and the reason that he starts cooking... don't question me why this specific game..)

Taylor is so bad playing baseball that the instructor ban she from the field, but the thing is that she is really good in hit the phantoms with a bat but can't hit one ball right

Tyler and Taylor start speak spanish to make their mother happy, but they learn to love the language

Aiden falls so many times literally just walking that Taylor start to walk beside he to hold him

Ben are the only one of the group that really can lead with Aiden and Taylor energy, after they stop running and doing they things, Ben will make both sit and drink water

Even Tyler being Taylor's brother and also her best friend, she need someome who will don't judge or yell at her to talk and that person is Aiden now (because Ash don't really understand peoples feels in the right way

Ashlyn don't understand feelings, like, she's not trying to be an asshole, she just can't understand and it's greatful that her friends catch it

The group like to play truth or dare and other games like that and that's how they discover that Aiden, Logan and the twins already kissed (not each other, or yes, it depends of your shipps BUT NEVER THE TWINS FOR F SAKE

When Ash discover she fall in love, she just go like a ball and start concern about that fact and in the next week asked her mom what to do (her mother almost passed out

More headcannons, but now a little sad

Taylor hate feel useless and this happen a lot in the phantom dimension, she can't fight like Tyler and Ben, can't make strategies like Logan and Ash, don't have the courage to lead the team when is necessary like Aiden but when they have the idea of the solar panels she literally freakout and make this is perfect, not even unique one mistake

When Aiden die in the phantom dimension, Ash lost all her strength, she just hold his body and aceppted she will die too and only recover her mind when Taylor pulled they for under a table and protect both with her on hands (I know that's not exactly like that, but I like it)

Aiden want to die and almost do it so many times in the phantom dimension that he start to have ansious crisis when woke up

Tyler have separete anxiety much more severe than Taylor, he literally freak out if he call at her phone and she don't respond fast enough

Logan have constant nightmares with see his friends dying in different ways, the worst of this nightmares is with him missing the shot when the phantom is attacking Ash in the roof and killing she

One time Ben and Taylor are running from the phantoms but the phantoms catch his body and attack Taylor. Ben really need to scream that day, but his panic at use his broken voice is so strong that he can't do it, they almost die, but Aiden and Ash came in time. Ben turns much more protective after that

Taylor favourite song now is "Happy Face", the same for Aiden, both can feel this song and know exactly how bad it is, but also they indentify with the song Secred (The Pierces) because they make a promese, if one die the other have to live to take care of the others, but both forgor about themselfs

Just two days ago I noticed that Aiden's short than Taylor, like, it's visible, but I NEVER HAD NOTICED THAT

Something I being thinking this days.

Taylor and Luka (mlb) have the same character problem, both are really supportive, kind and the friends therapyst on they own way. Both listen and advise their friends (we see this more in Luka, but the way Red write Taylor, or don't, make it looks she is like that too), and what's the problem with that? Well, they help, listen, advise and care about them, but both probably feel like they can't do the same with themselfs. Being the group therapyst make you feel like if you collapse the other will lose the trust on you, we can see how surprise the kids look when Taylor collapse and we can't judge them, they are kids after all.

To time to time Aiden send delivery food for the others after they wake up from the phantom dimension and it's always they favorite food

Tyler give bears hugs when they sleep together so the person beside him can't move until he wake up

Taylor sings sometimes and Tyler or Aiden record and send in their cg. The others praises her until she threaten to delete the audio

When Ash can't sleep she stay hearing the group audios because their voices help her to fall asleep

Ben incentives the group to make karaoke nights even he don't participate, he just like to hear them singing and see Aiden and Taylor trying to convince Ashlyn to sing

Logan make maps and astrology things just to provoke his friends with “this is so your sign”, Tyler freak out when he says that because “he can think by himself”

Taylor and Aiden like to bake and it's a really good surprise that them catch Aiden really trying to learn with Taylor help and not putting the kitchen on fire

The group like to reunite and go took Ash after her ballet classes end and they make some dances when she is late (Tyler records it and sends it to Ash every time… she keep all the videos in a special past called “weirdos”)

Tyler sleep with a bear plushie since he has five years

Logan sneeze like a little cat and is shy of that, but the electric duo have a deal to not joke with that

Aiden like to share clothes with his friends, jackets, shirts, pants, even shoes if it fits with the excuse to try another stiles, but he do it to stay with their perfumes on him

Ben likes to carry his friends in his back like a cutie patooty

Ash always ask about what Taylor is doing in the mechanics club just to hear she yap about that with a big smile, but she don't have a f idea what she is talking about

Taylor draw in Aiden arm when she is worry or sad with something that she can't explain (almost ever about her mom)
