Question to all sonic fans!!
Since game (and probably movie ) shadow use inhibitor rings to restrain his power (which limits the amount of power he has).
I don’t think i saw Boom!shadow use that (idk if his design of the rings different or not), does that mean he is weaker than the og shadow (and possibly movie!shadow)?
So if they had a fight, would the og shadow beat boom!shadow without his inhibitor rings?

Sonic: what’s up with you and Maria? [smug face]
Shadow: what’s up with me and maria [ continues to eat]
Sonic: c’mon duude I’m pretty sure there’s something between you two, you both hang out pretty often. You Literally live together.
Shadow:….
Shadow: Sonic, Maria is my sister.

Shadow and Sticks but are personality swapped.
Not in the sense of eggman goofed and did some shit to swap them,no.
As in they are already that way.
Just imagine how chaotic paranoid Shadow the hedgehog is and his crazy theories.
Or better yet. When he finds out that he is actually created by a scientist using an alien blood and he is half-alien, he will lose his shit.

Yeah i drew it on digital and added two lil Drawings with it lol. I've seen people give shadow a bit dark skin and i like the idea.
I also thought i can add few headcanons soo
Maria here is an adult, aswell as shads but he is one year younger than her (because i Said so)
Maria still has her disease but it is decreased so she is fine.
Shadow isn't like the canon Boom! Shadow but he is a troll peace of shit who gives people around him a migraine.
Shadow is/knows arabic because i said so.
Sonic and shadow are still rivals, because they are both egotistical bitches, yet they're friends idk they have a weird relationahip in this au.
Maria and Amy love having Tea parties.
Shadow loves flower meanings, and if he was thankful for anyone he would secertly give them and would rather die than admit it.
Tails ones saw him place a bouquet of yellow lilies near his doorstep and was sworn to secercy that day.
Knuckles saw him too but he was dumb so shadow was able to pull it off.
Shadow doesn't really help team sonic unless it invovles Maria.
Once the Lighting bolt society went overboard and kidnapped Maria, Eggman himself tried warning them but they ignored him. Now they Live in real fear from the black and red striped hedgehog and his human sister.
Shadow's favorite anime is still Kill la kill (it's just canon).
Maria accidentally revealed to the sonic team that shadow was created by Alien blood, sticks have never scream this loud in her life.
When shadow knew about the badger being onto him, the asshole started to mess with her.
He have been banned from coffee for a month but it was worth it tho.
That's it, for now at least.

I just thought of this idea..
So, sonic wachowski tells Shadow and silver Whipple about their alternative counterparts, and the next time Modern sonic and shadow visit, wachowski convinces them to take the Whipples with them to the Boom world, and they meet the boom counterparts.
And somehow Boom shadow for some reason finds Shadow Whipple and thinks that it’s probably one of Eggman’s robots trying to dublicate him, or one of the Fox’s inventions.
Either way he doesn’t like it, so he grabs Whipple’s arm and teleport him to a far place and attacks him.
Shadow whipple already having chaos energy in him (duh) is able to defend himself and fight back. But he’s still young and Boom has more experience.
In the middle of the fight, Modern Shadow who got worried and went to find the kid when he realized he was missing, comes in and beats Boom because not only he has experience too he uses chaos energy.
After the fight and boom promising to meet them again on his terms, Modern heals Whipple with the Chaos Emrald he has and chaos controls them back to Boom Team Sonic, Modern, and wachowski (as well as Silver Whipple).
Then something clicks to Shadow Whipple and he started to question..
Why didn’t he feel chaos energy from that shadow, and he felt it running in this Shadow?
He knows he and Modern shadow have kinda the same backstory as far as he knows..
And chaos energy is related to it.
But what does this mean to the other shadow??
Just something I thought of, i tried to make Boom shadow the same as in the game and show but idk if this is accurate enough.
Reminder that the Sonic Boom TV show has Shadow with brown eyes. In the games he has the regular red eyes...

Here’s a bit of information about Chaos Deprived! Again, thank you for letting me talk about it, I think it’s pretty interesting!
So it’s part “Shadow was created by the Ancients” and part “chaos energy exists in the Boom Universe”. There used to be chaos energy around the planet, and a lot of it was used in technology. Everyone was used to feeling it flow around them, and some had more chaos energy in them than the average person. The more chaos energy, the better you can sense it around you.
When Shadow was created, he pretty much had the most chaos energy of any living being. He had enough to need four inhibitor rings on himself at all times to keep from self destructing and can still use said energy after all.
One day, the chaos energy from outside sources seemed to just… deplete. It started fading, and people started to panic because this energy could control the very fabric of reality. People who had chaos energy inside often took charge because being close to them brought a sense of familiarity and safety.
The thing is, it wasn’t disappearing. The chaos emeralds and master emerald felt that they needed to change places, and that’s what happened.
Over the decades, the chaos energy in bloodlines died, and it vanished completely from the planet. Well, almost. Shadow’s the only one who survived the downfall, and he most certainly feels the effects. Not physically, but more emotionally and mentally.
Not having chaos energy from outside sources surprisingly made him feel unsafe and that he had to put up a guard all the time. It was like being deprived of something essential. That’s where the name of the AU, “Chaos Deprived”, came from. He strongly believes that he’s the last that’s left of chaos energy because he no longer feels it anywhere on the planet.
But what if one day, a meteor with a small crystal containing the tiniest amount of chaos energy crashed on Bygone Island? What would happen if in an attempt to befriend Shadow and turn him to their side, Team Sonic gifted him the crystal?
You know what they say; A little kindness goes a long way. And this one just might rekindle a hope in Shadow that he lost long ago.
Honestly, this is mostly just my idea of why we don’t see chaos energy stuff in the Boom series, and say that Shadow’s attitude is all an act he puts up.

Honestly i never thought of seeing the lack of chaos and master emeralds that way.
Despite how annoying it is to me, I like the idea of chaos and master emeralds not mentioned at all because it gives freedom for interpretation and ideas.
Also shadow needing to live (?) off of it is just Muah
I could be wrong but is the small crystal a reference to sonic prime or im just tripping. 😭
