i had this idea for a fic (if youve been here since the early days it was on my masterlist for like 2 seconds before i removed it)

it was about a girl who is sort of apprehensive to love, she meetings someone while on a study abroad trip and they become amazing friends, go on crazy awesome adventures all over europe. the boy (it was jimin) is a hopeless romantic, he is flirtatious, a tease, but also extremely caring and wonderful

anyways they sort of wing-(wo)man each other, become extremely comfortable. oc realizes she is in love with jimin first even though its jimin who always wants to spend time with her and take her out.

she convinces herself he could never love her and that he deserves better so she doesn't do anything about it, and sortof drives herself into a dark space. jimin doesn't know whats going on, but as they get busier with school and whatnot she begins to feel like he's slipping away.

jimin is confused but he just goes with it, and he doesn't say anything as you start to spend time with other people more, specifically this one guy (probably like jin or hobi)

through this guy she starts getting a bit wild and losing herself. jimin finds her high one night at a club and takes her home, they have a fight, which ends up with them making love bc you know ;)))))

after that they begin to mend their friendship, but still get drawn to one another physically. you leave the other guy, and then things settle and jimin receives news that his brother has passed away

you help him through it, you support him like he once did for you. you both are utterly, senselessly in love with each other and its absolutely amazing. as the end of the semester comes closer, you travel around with him and spend many night just dreaming and talking and loving one another

on the last day of the study abroad program, you wake up after a night of tons and tons of sex, and there's a letter.

you run to his room and he's just about to leave. the two of you get into a fight, basically jimin isn’t going back with you, he’s moving to korea and he won’t tell you why. you beg him to take you with him if nothing else, its really emotional for both of you but he is stubborn and leaves, saying goodbye forever

you’re so utterly shocked and heartbroken, because he was absolutely perfect and incredible to you and then he just left. anyways

5 years later, you’re working as an agent for a top modeling agency, very successful. your star client is supermodel kim taehyung. the two of you have an unusually close relationship for the nature of your profession but he knows almost everything about you. taehyung’s agency doesn’t allow him to date or engage in anything romantic 

anyways taehyung gets scouted by this korean modeling agency but he wants to keep his manager so the two of you move there. lo and behold, jimin happens to be the ceo of the rival modeling agency

taehyung and jimin are childhood bestfriends. you remember taehyung telling you about a soulmate-like friend of his. after taehyung signed a contract with the modeling agency, he and his friend made a pact, and his friend said that he would wait until after taehyung ends his career before engaging in a romantic relationship or getting married. and that he would stay single as long as taehyung also had to be

anyways, both jimin and you have changed a lot. jimin has become a lot colder and you have become a lot more extroverted. he’s still a fucking tease. taehyung finds out that you’re the girl that jimin told him about his dream runaway romance

and basically its about oc trying to understand what she wants out of life, including love, and opening her heart up even though she’s been hurt. what friendship means to her, similarly with jimin.the two of them have a lot of angsty things happen, they have to interact, compete all while sharing an immense care for taehyung too

and even if she does love jimin and jimin does love her, they both love taehyung and cant be together for his sake kinda

it ends with taehyung getting married

That story idea sound beautiful by the way. The one with jimin and the study abroad romance. Do they end up together? God, I would love to read this if you ever do end up writing it

thank you hahaha, they don't end up together but it was still a happy ending. jimin and oc explore their love, they come to the conclusion that they would be miserable if they betrayed taehyung and oc realizes that taehyung is the one who really takes care of her. jimin sees this too and he sorta encourages oc to marry taehyung because he loves her so much and knows that seeing them happy together would fulfill him

Why am I already in my feels about poor yn when she was begging student jimin to take her with him 😭😭 that's so fucking sad, just breaking someone's heart for no good reason. Would yn be happier with taehyung do you think? Or would she always want jimin secretly/unconsciously?

so the reason that jimin leaves isn't because he doesn't love yn, he does. he loves her so much, but he made a promise to taehyung that they would stay single together. it was the push taehyung needed to commit to his career and the reason he was able to become so successful. jimin cares about taehyung enough to put his love life aside to keep supporting him. he leaves because he feels like hurting you is the only way he can force himself to go on without you. he didn't mean to fall in love with you, and when that scene happens (where you are crying and begging him to take you with him and not leave you) you even ask 'why did you let me fall in love with you if you were just gonna leave' and he cant answer her because he couldn't help it. thats how strong your love was.

i think jimin would always love/want yn. but he would find happiness in the fact that the two people he loves most in the world are happy. i dont think yn would secretly always want jimin, but the version of her that was on the study abroad trip belonged to him and him only, and so thats what they hold onto

No it's not cheesy, its sweet. I'm glad manager yn is able to move on from study abroad jimin and not pine for him. Model taehyung must really like her huh 😏

model taehyung's character is sort of vulnerable and angelic in a way. he's extremely loving and sweet which is why both jimin and oc dote on him. he is there for them through tough times and he's the kind of person who really just loves being alive. the industry he is in is super demanding but he works hard and pushes through, so they both admire that about him. taehyung has always been lonely, struggled in different ways. jimin lives a more affluent life and had to move away for college and always felt guilty about leaving taehyung.

taehyung isn't dumb though, he can tell yn and jimin had feelings for one another right in front of him. he himself doesn't realize he is also in love with her but its one of those things where they just know each other so well, have spent so much time together learning each others little quirks and behaviors, theres nothing more natural for them to do than love one another. so its like that

See this is why you're such a good writer, you've got me sucked into your story. How did model taehyung feel when he realized yn was the study abroad girl jimin talked about? Did he feel guilty in a way because jimin loved her? Or was he relieved because if that didn't happen he wouldn't have gotten closer to yn? Omg this is a kdrama

LOL i love this honestly because ive had this plot thought out for so long but dont have the energy to write it, so please feel free to ask away.

taehyung figures it out himself before either of them tell him. what happens is that taehyung tells yn that he's inviting his friend to one of his shoots, and while yn is doing some behind the scenes stuff she runs into jimin. she almost gets security to go after him before taehyung is like 'no he's with me' and taehyung can see the way you react to him being there, it makes him sus

anyways, taehyung obviously wants to spend a lot of time with jimin, but as his manager you often have to accompany him as well. you and jimin have a constant banter which he is able to catch onto.

it isnt long before you come clean to taehyung. you have a hard time keeping things from him, and its getting too hard for you to be around jimin

when he finds out, taehyung is upset. he recommends that you find a different model to manage because he's gonna keep spending time with jimin and having him around, but still wants to be your friend. you promise him you aren't trying to get back together with him or anything so taehyung is like ok fine

but throughout while you have this on/off dynamic with jimin he is critical of the way jimin treats you sometimes. the three of you spend a lot of time together, but you and jimin also end up spending time together because taehyung gets busy a lot. your relationship with jimin is a secret, and its something that emotionally drains the both of you

jimin eventually does sorta break down to taehyung because the guilt is eating at him, and he expressed how deeply he loves you. taehyung obviously tells him its okay and that he should be with you if he wants it that badly, but jimin cant bring himself to do it because he knows that taehyung would set aside his own happiness for his

taehyung doesn't realize he's "in love" with you until the very end, after yn realizes it. he rejects her at first because he's confused at the prospect.

jimin honestly orchestrates it. yn realizes taehyung would be the best person for her to spend her life with, but taehyung rejects her because he's shocked and also because he knows how jimin feels. but jimin goes and talks to him and convinces him that this is the right move. taehyung, in leiu of an apology for hurting yn proposes to her and jimin uses what he knows about you to help make it amazing

its a whole thing and a half. super emotional, crying, love. taehyung makes a really simple yet meaningful proposal. nothing flamboyant, but simply perfect.

There's a part of me that wants to hate study abroad jimin. Like why cant he tell yn why he feels guilty about being in a relationship? Why keep it a secret? It's so frustrating bc yn was left in the dark and I'm sure she was wondering over and over again what went wrong. Did she harbor any resentment towards jimin?

absolutely! he completely broke her. especially because she wasn’t even looking for love in the first place at the time she met him. she didn’t want any of that it wasn’t something she believed in but he made her believe it. he made her fall so hard for him and made her so happy, broke down her walls just to run away with her heart.

what he did was awful but it’s hard to hate his character when you see it from his point of view. he’d do anything for taehyung, and hurting oc was a means to punish himself. a way to ensure that he wouldn’t break his promise to his best friend

he also didn’t intentionally fall in love with her, it just happened and it was so easy for him to pretend everything was perfect while the two of you were abroad, away from your real lives. he adored you, he loved you to pieces, he showed you how wonderful it could be to open your heart.

Let's say after manager yn gets rejected by taehyung and says "fuck this" and leaves korea. Who is going after - taehyung or jimin?

he doesn’t love her more. so a lot of time has to pass before they actually get to a point where he gives up on her and realizes she should be with taehyung

taehyung is unsure because he never even allowed himself to think about whether he was in love or not, so he’s just shocked at first but then realizes he has loved her the whole time

you can argue that jimin loves her more, enough to ‘let her go’. but in reality jimin and oc keep running into trust issues because of their past and the fact that they’ve both changed since their trip, then also the fact that they don’t wanna hurt taehyung

But why does study abroad jimin have to be single to support taehyung? That's what I'm not getting I guess. Is taehyung super attached as a best friend? Like a trauma bond or something?

yeah so it was meant to be kinda a trauma bond. taehyung, in a flashback, grew up with very little and jimin grew up wealthy. taehyung did something really self sacrificing for jimin when they were younger (the trauma bond stems here). then later in life, taehyung was really scared to sign his modeling contract when he started because he was scared of being lonely if he couldn’t date anyone ever, especially since jimin had moved away for college. so jimin makes a pact with him to sorta encourage him to go through with it

and it’s jimin who takes it too literally, like when taehyung figures out yn and jimin have a dynamic going on he literally is like, it’s ok if you break the pact

jimin has internal reasons for not committing, he’s guilty about whatever it is that taehyung had to do for him, and really feels a bond strong enough that he’d give up on love for taehyung

it’s not super realistic but yeah

When did study abroad jimin know he fell in love with yn? Was it right before he was supposed to leave?

they date, they date for a good portion of their time abroad. the ‘drama’ happens pretty early on where yn falls for him and denies it, after they fight for the first time and have sex, they finally do end up getting together. that happens like midway through the year and it’s like really amazing. the reason it’s so shocking and painful when he leaves is because their relationship is good & healthy & pure. jimins not the type to break hearts at that point in time, and he and yn are basically best friends turned lovers so the trust is very strong. he lets himself ignore the pact because he’s too in love to care but when it comes time to face reality he can’t bring himself to do it

more specifically he knows he’s in love with yn for sure when they have that fight. because jimin had been missing her a lot since she had sorta drifted from him and was acting different. also he realizes he was jealous although he didn’t act on it because he figured you were happy but finally he snaps, and then when you confess it makes the most sense in the world to him to love you back then and there. your words are just a reflection of things he hadn’t realized but always knew deep down. and you get a sense based on how he behaves with her even while they’re just friends. but it’s yn who understands her feelings first

Aww why did model tae reject yn, especially if he was in love with her and they were so close? Did yn propose they be girlfriend/boyfriend and he freaked out?

yeah so just to clarify this wasn’t a love triangle, it was fully a jimin romance with a ‘tragic’ ending. the taehyung stuff happens towards the end after a lotttt of time has passed and a lot of things happen between jimin and yn

taehyung rejects yn at first because he’s just really surprised and has never even thought about her like that in a practical way. like taehyung choosing to be with yn would mean he’d have to end his career in this au (I know that’s not really what happens). also yn literally is like I love you you’re the love of my life and I lowkey wanna marry you right off the bat so obviously at first he’s like hUH. he knows jimin loves yn so much so he’s confused but when he finally thinks about it and talks to jimin, he realizes he loves her more than anything

What type of couple would Taehyung and Y/N be and what type were Jimin and Y/N

jimin and yns relationship on the study abroad trip and their relationship five years later are pretty different

jimin is this shy, hopeless romantic, he likes to have fun and do spontaneous things. yn at this time is very charming but not too intimate. they’re the type to spend all night talking and have it feel like no time has passed at all. jimin would take yn shopping and tell her to try things on and so cute things like a friend would do. hes her number one fan and hypes her up always. he’s extremely flirtatious, which is why yn is hesitant to tell him how she feels.

together they are amazingly chaotic. they laugh together, go out and explore together, get drunk together, jimin takes her to the top of the Eiffel tower (yes it’s cliche) at 2 am after a bad day so they can scream out their frustrations and then laugh about it. once they start dating jimin takes her on really beautiful dates, showers her with affection, and supports her a lot. they experience so many new places together which brings them even closer. they also just talk to each other a lot. about everything.

and the sex is phenomenal ofc. super steamy, hot, loving sex.

later on yn becomes more reserved and career driven, and jimin too becomes cold and sort of a ladies man. taehyung however is this adorable human. he’s bratty, but he’s sweet and extremely caring. he loves going out and partying and living life, and understands yn really well. in some ways taehyung and yn are very different but they adjust to one another well. taehyung almost is able to read her mind just because of how well he knows and respects her. hes definitely pampered and protected, and he’s clingy because of his past but he really is just the sweetest. his love for yn isn’t sizzling or passionate like jimins is, it’s more steady

jimin and yn after five years have a tumultuous relationship. a lot of “hate” and resentment exists, but jimin is also a tease and a half. he can’t help but mess with you because it gives you a reason to awknowledge him. you make jimin become more introspective about himself. your relationship is really back and forth but it’s hot. and jimin remains the giant romantic he always has been, always with the big gestures and extravagant confessions. he is sneaky, their relationship is sneaky, but it’s saturated with emotion. jimin will sort of stop playing around and get serious but by that time yn will give up, and jimin pines for her so she gets sucked back but then jimin will back off and it’s like that. he knows her insanely well, and you can see how much he loves her in the way he thinks and talks about her when she’s not around

Why am I so invested in this story? 😭😭 sounds like study abroad jimin is a commitment phobe. Would yn feel some type of way if she found out he helped taehyung with the proposal? Idk, I'd have mixed feelings at least like why arent you minding your own business sir

yes, jimin makes sure she doesn’t because he knows she would feel some type of way. her feelings for jimin are like a burning desire, she’d probably still try to fight for him but jimin tries to be mature and do the right thing

in this case though, maybe they’d always love each other from afar. like some sort of implicit understanding when their eyes meet. jimin looks at you in a way he doesn’t look at anything or anyone else, because he’s given you his heart already, whether or not you give yours to him

Study abroad jimin lowkey sounds so toxic omgggg 😭😭😭 like make up your mind! It's the most unlikely thing ever but what if after yn gets rejected by tae that she's like fuck this and cuts tae and jimin out of her life (probably out of pain). Omgg the angst

jimin would go after her, and he’d fight like hell to get her to come back and give tae a chance.

taehyung would honestly just mope around and cry if she cut him out. he’d also probably try to reach out to her just not in a dramatic way like jimin would, he’d feel awful though and really want to make it up to her

a lot of the story is told from jimins pov, so you don’t actually end up thinking he’s toxic you sorta understand why he is complicated and why he genuinely believes that not being with you was in your best interests. he loves you, and he would until his last breath.

ok so i actually have written random stuff from this fic idea. but it was about this girl - follows her through high school and college into marriage. ofc its a mafia fic but with a twist

its maknae line + hobi (so, late night line? dance line?) x reader in the sense that shes with diff members at diff times. i have a whole ass pinterest board for it bc it was an idea from when i was a young army and all dreamy and whipped for bts boyfriend aesthetics. so this post is about the characters lol

reader is a girl who is sorta growing into herself. her senior year of high school she meets a new student jeon jungkook. he's on the varsity soccer team and he's CUTE as hell. he's shy but you guys hit it off. he asks you out. so fluffy. (hahahaha you just wait bby)

the background is a mess so. you're the daughter of a notorious leader of a drug cartel. your cousin (kim namjoon) is a local gang leader too (he's also fabulous). you stay with your dad and your childhood best friend (kim seokjin) who is attending a college near where you go to school.

your current best friend in school is kim taehyung BUT this isn't like a very old friendship. the two of you only really started being friends the summer before the fic starts so you dont fully know him but he's the closest person to you at school (besides ur fresh boytoy jjk) he's super popular and you dont understand why he wants to be your friend so bad but he's also got a complicated past...anyway

so this is where it gets real spicy. you have your normal boys (tae and koo) and then you have your gang gang boys. these are boys who are in namjoon's gang but you have some sort of connection to them:

yoongi. he's like a stay back senior, older than you but flunked. he's really into using, likes to smoke, doesnt care much about things but he's actually very sweet and intelligent. he hangs out at the basketball courts in his free time. only knows you bc you both take spanish together and bc of your past

hobi. so this one is complicated but he's technically a childhood friend bc your parents are friends and would hang out. you've known him forever but at school he'd act like he doesnt know you. its really because he likes you but thats another topic, we'll get to. he knows some things about you that no one else really does (except jin) and understands your family sitch

annnnndddd finally. just me and my toxic jimin tropes coming back. poor guy he really never catches a mf break in my fics. LOL i love him. anyway, park jimin was someone who used to be a very close friend of yours until you two started getting in a very toxic relationship. he's your ex - and he's a gang member too. when you broke up with him it was super messy and he bullied you a while after. emotional/verbal abuse type thing. he isolated you from your classmates. he was a bad boy. and hobi and suga are kinda like his "boyz"

im now realizing this story is so fricking convoluted for no good reason - thats why i wont ever actually write it lmao!! anyways so plot. tw: stalking, emotional abuse, drama, some fighting, namjin is a thing in this,

reader and cute soccerplayer!jungkook go to the school dances together and are vibing and being all puppy love. you're not used to things being so not-toxic but its good for you. healthy. you have your firsts. its cute.

until jimin finds out. our borderline yandere king finds out via hobi (jimin doesnt go to ur school bc he's rich rich, hobi/yoongi do) and is waiting at ur car at night after a game to confront you except little does he know ur cute jock boyfriend was walking you to your car and sees you. he doesnt really know who jimin is or what the deal is (allegedly) but when jimin starts to make your feel very nervous and scared jungkook steps in to defend you.

and then bc theres a lot of noise, taehyung also shows up (he's on the soccer team also he helped u get with jungkook). and he knows about jimin. and he is MAD. and punches jimin. twice. king shit. anyway jimin says some triggering stuff so ur a mess. taehyung drives you home

meanwhile namjoon invites you over bc he hasnt seen u in a while. while your there you run into hobi and youre like bro wtf whyd u snitch and he's angsty and doesnt really tell you but he feels super guilty. anyway namjoon is an icon living. he takes you shopping, hes super fun. when he drops you home he meets jin. stay at home mom jin (im kidding). enter sexual tension. namjoon tries to flirt but jin isnt really vibing. something is up jin's ass these days.

its almost the holidays so you invite namjoon over to spend christmas with you and jin. jin and namjoon end up hooking up. they talk about you - they both really care about you and worry about you bc of your past but also because of who your mother is (cartel leader). you focus on your sweet boyfriend jjk, try to forget jimin, and convince jin to let you go on a new years trip with him, taehyung and your other girl friend to a beach resort. namjoon convinces him its fine so he says yes.

the new years trip is DRAMA. but to understand this, let me talk about kim taehyung. taehyung also has toxic relationship history (yummy). he was super into this one girl (the queen of the hs, you kno how it be) who played him like a ken doll. and he cant shake her, it consumes him, he's angst 3000 when it comes to her. anyways turns out she's there. he knew she'd be there and thats why he recommended they come to this place. you figure this out and yell at him bc ur his friend. he gets super moody and not fun. then he goes and fucks your other friend out of spite. only to abadon her the next morning (ur friend liked him so shes super sad about it). you and taehyung had a SHOWDOWN. you question his character and break off your friendship. ultimately, you leave the trip and head home.

your mother is there. you hate your mom. its not the vibes and you're overwhelmed with negative emotions. jin is sorta unhelpful when it comes to ur mom just bc he owes her bc shes like paying for his college and whatnot. the only people who would understand are taehyung

and hobi. so you turn to hobi, tho you should be mad at him, you def dont wanna talk to taehyung. you and hobi meet up, get drunk, hook up.

and then school is back in session
