so i need a bit of help with the eyes on this bc the line art is softer but the eyes r kinda harsh and ive tried doing lighter colors but it doesnt seem to work

uh, I want to do some research about the Netherlands in the 1600s for a thing I want to do with the wittebros and witteclaw. Do someone know where I can found about accurate clothing of that age (for all kind of social class, like clothes for poor people and rich people) and about what happened and how they life worked at that time?
