They better add many more scenes for the estrangement. I get that it’s an action video game so they can’t do flashbacks for small scenes but I want them in the show!!

I mostly want to see how the estrangement affects Ellie. Like that other anon said she just goes on living her life. We know Joel hurts but we don’t really get to see it with her- all we see is her pushing him away.

I would love to see her missing him and struggling with the whole thing too.

I would also love to see more of it! like, how does it affect her? we know joel's upset by it because it shows on his face, but ellie? we don't see a whole lot of it. she's just angry. is she upset that she's pushing him away? were there some days that she forgot she was ignoring him, so she went to go tell him something and then remembered?
