There’s 75 days until HOFAS and I have never been more scared for a book IN MY LIFE
There’s so many ways this book can go, and I am so excited to finally have it in my hands and hopefully have some questions answered
The closer we get to HOFAS release date, the more scared I get ..
Like I’m either about to have all my questions answered, or I’m about to be left with a gaping hole in my heart and no questions answered …
And the more Bloomsbury and Sarah tease at it and show us the covers, the more I realize I literally have no idea what to expect and it scared me

I finished HOFAS 2 days ago ??? And I’m still processing everything we learned …. Just everything is playing on loop in my head.
Learning that the Dusk court is real and was the Prison had me SHOOK ! And Lidia being related to Brannon/Aelin had me CRYING !!!!
AND THE ENDING ?! WHERE BRYCE GAVE NESTA THE STAR SWORD/GWYDION AND WAS LIKE GO FIGURE IT OUT. THAT LEFT ME SO EXCITED FOR FUTURE ACOTAR BOOKS
In all honesty this book was a 5/5 !! I loved all the history and the politics. This was very much a high fantasy book, with very little romance and I loved every single minute of it
I am so convinced that the next ACOTAR book will be mainly in Nesta’s pov .. but im also thinking it’ll be a multiple pov book
So many people’s stories are intertwined (Nesta, Cassian, Elain, Azriel, Lucien, the other Valkieries) that i really think we will get a multiple pov book
But i mainly think Nesta will be our main pov, because her story isn’t over yet .. and there’s so much more to her story and so many possibilities. Especially with the ending of HOFAS ..
I love going through my notes in HOFAS and just skimming through everything
This is genuinely one of my favorite books SJM has written, and I cannot wait to fully deep dive it for ACOTAR 6

I'm on chaoter 52 of HOFAS and just realized something.

Hunt appreciated that Baxian hadn't needed to be asked before flanking Bryce's exposed side.
That would be where Danika would have stood. If she had lived. Bryce would be flanked by Hunt and Danika.
Baxian is standing where his mate would have stood.
I did not expect HOFAS to be a religious experience but oh my god

We are pretty sure that Lidia is a descendant of the Galathynius line.
Now where is Ithan descendant from? Because it seems too much of a spotlight on his ice powers for that to not be a reference to something but i have no idea what its referencing
