It will forever hold a dear place in my heart, for his deep love of Tolkien, his incredible acting, and that I finally was able to see a book moment that means so much to me on screen.

ok this is two interviews now where charlie and charlie have talked about wanting to do an au spinoff with sauron and celebrimbor, one they said annatar would be celebrimbor’s gardener and now charlie vickers said they would live together in New York 😭
this makes me absolutely crazy. my guy was so deep into character and the scene that he started genuinely crying. no one is doing it like the charlies.
re: sauron crying after he killed celebrimbor.
charlie revealed in an interview with nerdist that sauron crying in that moment wasn't actually scripted. it was something that just happened while they were filming and they decided to leave it in.
