trans!Pim dealing with heavy and painful periods that don't let him go to work even though he feels awful. He also doesn't talk a lot about it so most people don't know and think he's a cis guy. Only Mr Boss is really aware because... Well, he's his boss. But when Charlie finally finds out he's always going to Pim's place with snacks and painkillers to comfort him. It's really sad to see because it's not even dysmorphia, dude is just in pain and feeling terrible because he can't go to work. But Charlie makes it a lot easier.

Yes. Yes. Yes I do. Sorry. Just. They absolutely would have a few special interests that they have together. Music, tv shows, etc. Charlie is ABSOLUTELY hairy, and you know it. Pim would make cute "friendship" bracelets for Charlie, he would only wear them sometimes and be VERY careful not to break them. Charlie would get a bit flustered when someone else asks about the "friendship" bracelet and might ramble on about it a little bit but deep down he really wants Pim. Eventually, and hilariously, they commit their romantic feelings to each other at the same time after knowing each other for 7 years? That's just a theory, a Charpim/Pimlie theory.
