Please remember to bind safely:
-do not wear your binder for more than 6 to 8 hours
-take 2 rest days a week
-do not sleep in your binder
-do not exercise in your binder
- do not wear a binder that doesn’t fit properly
-wash your binder
And most importantly
-LISTEN TO YOUR BODY👏
This is coming from somebody who had to takeoff their binder after less than an hour due to chest pain.
I know that it sucks. I know that it’s dysphoric, but you need to take care of your body.
