In the heart of winter's breath, Where frosty whispers dance, Stands a lone tree, bared and bare, In the shadows of circumstance.

Tall pines pierce the fog's embrace, Their boughs a somber shroud, While silence reigns in this hushed space, Where solitude is endowed.

A path of snow, a winding thread, Through the secrets of the wood, Each step a journey, fears unsaid, In the quiet where thoughts brood.

Muted light, a clouded sky, Casts shadows deep and long, In this realm where dreams may lie, Amidst nature's timeless song.

Oh, how the heart does ache and yearn, In this realm of quiet grace, Where the soul may wander, and hearts may learn, In nature's silent embrace.

With the intense cosmic energies surrounding us, together with the energy of the upcoming full moon, all of my emotions are stirring. I can feel old emotions creeping to light. Residue being released.

Let the emotions flow, allow it to go and release. Don't attach to it. Just let it go.

I can feel my heart as it stirs and aches.

I can feel the tears starting to form.

I can hear Spirit with me.

I can see myself clearing.

Finding my breath to breathe. Breathe in, breathe out. Just let it go.

And sometimes another wave hits me again, and again I ride my wave of emotions to let it go because I know I'm cleansing, releasing and transmuting. Sometimes I'm hit with another wave, sometimes I'm spared a couple of hours, a day, a week...and sometimes I'm not.
