"What did you do?" ( from ruby for kami HAHAHA )
My muse has been reverted to a child. Send "What did you do?" For my muse to still have their adult memories, or send "You can trust me, I'll help you" for my muse to having lost their adult memories.
“This isn’t my fault! It was someone’s quirk!” Kaminari pouted and crossed his arms because he could hear the ill hidden amusement in Ruby’s voice. Though it occurred to him that with his current 6 year old form, the pout probably wouldn’t help things. “Some guy stole a woman’s purse at the mall, and I tried to chase him, but then he did this and got away..” His hands crackled with electricity at his frustration. It was weird, because Kaminari knew how to control his quirk much better now than he had when he was 6, but it’s like his now tiny body couldn’t handle the quirk as well as his older one could.
“And Re-recovery Girl can’t heal me because I’m not really hurt.. We just don’t know how long it’ll last with the guy in the wind.” He couldn’t believe that he had to deal with his issues with the letter ‘R’ again, his small lips struggling with the letter. This was so embarrassing.
❝ all i know is life is strange. ❞ // jirou @ kami
LOVE + FEAR starters
“Sure is.” Kaminari sometimes wondered what life was like before all of the quirks, and most of the times he comes to the conclusion that it would just be boring. But occasionally it does seem like it would be easier. “What’s got you all introspective, hmm?” He asks, poking Jirou’s side. It was a fair statement of course, life was strange, especially for them. But he didn’t want to leave it at that if she was feeling sad for some reason. If he was good for anything, it was often cheering people up.
halftm:
truth be told , he didn’t expect anyone too overly enthusiastic about it , considering after all the research he’s done on it . ❛ do you think we can summon ghosts with it ? ❜
“ that’s what it’s supposed to do. then you can ask all sorts of cool questions! there’s got to be ghosts of students past here, don’t you think? “ maybe that was a bit morbid, but it wouldn’t work if there weren’t ghosts and that wouldn’t be any fun. “ just have to make sure to say goodbye at the end, or they’re free to roam and terrorize us. “ denki’s voice took on a spooky tone.
halftm:
❛ does it have to be students who used to be attend the school ? ❜ even it was a bit morbid for the skeptic himself , it doesn’t hold back a straight look upon aspects however , the ominous tone in kaminari’s voice obviously flies over his head ; not fazed . ❛ —– i’m struggling to understand how ghosts could roam free … because of this board … ❜
“ no, it doesn’t. but i think it’s easier to summon spirits from the vicinity the board is in. “ they were quickly reaching the end of what he actually knew about ouija boards, but he’d heard enough to at least sound like he knew what he was talking about. “ something about opening a doorway between planes. so it’s more of a key than a board. “ despite what denki was saying, he brushed the danger aside with a wave of his hand. it was a children’s toy after all, spooky or not. “ where should we do this?? we need the right atmosphere. “

“ Hey! I’m not bad at everything you know! “ It’s not that he really blamed her for assuming he didn’t have the experience for this situation, in her defense he probably didn’t. He just wished sometimes that people could give him the benefit of the doubt. Or at least wait a minute or two before assuming his ignorance. Of course, Jirou had seen him in action enough that maybe it was fair for her to assume the worst. “ But.. out of curiosity, who would you say is the expert here? Not that I need advice or anything. “
¡ shinso for someone? 0u0 idk i wanna interact XD
Send ¡ for my muse to call yours suddenly, panicked and possibly in pain.
“Shinsou! Thank God! No one else is answering!” His phone was broken, but he could still get a call out with his earpiece. Still, it seemed that he was either working through interference or no one was bothering to answer their phones. Most likely the former considering the situation. “Villains are breaking into the school again! And I swear I’m not joking around.” It was an unnecessary reassurance given the urgency injected into his out of breath tone, and the fact that he’d never joked about villains in any of his pranks. It figured though that this would happen the one time he’d gone off campus alone, he’d come back to see someone seemingly attempting to hack into the gate to get in. He had fried the mechanism to prevent their entrance, only then to realize that all their attention now fell on him. Denki had been running ever since.
“I’m headed towards Ground Beta, but I need some help like now.”
“Oh! Thanks.” It wasn’t that Denki thought his sister wouldn’t want to watch him in the sports festival, he just assumed she’d be busy with hero work and miss at least some of it. But it also wasn’t like he’d done that well once he got into the one on one matches, and on top of that he’d gone and fried himself in front of everyone.
He was proud that he’d made it to the individual matches and for the work he’d done in the cavalry battle, but other than that there was a lot to criticize.
“Hey!” Yup, there it was. He struggled to pull out of his sisters hold, scowling and poking at her with a lightly electrified finger. “How was I supposed to know her hair could leave her body like that?? I just wanted to end things quickly!”

“I watched you during the sports festival- you really held your own out there”
There was a sense of pride of course. Uta has always been very proud of her family name and her brother. She was working of course but she had her eyes on him whenever she could and she was genuinely impressed on how far he has come from just this spunky little kid to someone in the hero course.
A hint of concern did linger in the back of her head however-… she wouldn’t tell him nor anyone about how she felt during the USJ attack..and how she was told he was there.
“However-” Grabbing her younger brother, she began to rub at his head to create static “GOING AFTER THAT GIRL? Has my hours of playing Pokemon as a kid never taught you anything? You came out there waaaaay to confident kiddo”

It’s been a long time since Denki had been this nervous, in his civilian clothes at least. He’d been in plenty of life or death situations, and yet this is the one that had short bursts of electricity flickering between his fingers. He was in Usagi’s room, still standing leaned next to her desk. She’d offered to let him sit, but he felt too stiff to do so, even while standing his thumb was tapping a scattered beat on the desk behind him. Why did he have to do this again? Oh right, cause Mina seemed to think they already were dating and he was beginning to go crazy wondering if they basically were or not as well. But still, saying it himself was hard, maybe he could get Mina to tell her.... No... That would be dumb. Sighing, Denki looked up at Usagi, chewing on his liip a little.
“Hey.. Usagi? You know how everyone thinks we’re dating? Don’t you think it seems like we kind of basically are?” God this was stupid, she was going to say no, or be weirded out, or maybe laugh at him, God what if she laughed at him? “I kinda sorta wouldn’t mind it!” Welp it was out.. He couldn’t take it back now. At least if she’d understood his rushed speech.
Denki had been all to happy to take any distraction he could find away from his homework, and Eri was bound to give him a much better excuse for distraction than staring at the shapes coincidentally made up from the grain in the wood of his makeshift work desk. He was quickly proven to be right, as he was now completely turned away from his textbooks while the small girl painted his nails. Not only that, he’d have an excuse after she left while he has to wait for them to dry. The only difficult part was staying still, but Denki figured if Eri could focus and stay still enough to paint his nails, he could stay still so he didn’t mess up her art.
“Oh cool! I’m always so messy the few times I’ve tried to paint my nails. You’re much better at it than me.” He leaned closer to look at the bolt she’d made and it really did look like his hair. It was hard to imagine that she could have gone through so much pain already at such a young age. And though he knew the man responsible had already been dealt with, it still made him angry. But he just smiled instead, not wanting Eri to mistake any of that anger as being aimed at her. “But I could try to paint yours too if you don’t mind them not being as pretty.”

Little Eri is rather adept at hiding things, even if she doesn't really have to conceal her feelings anymore. Habits die hard, even at the young age of six. Nonetheless, a twitching lip- bloodshot eyes, its not hard to tell when she isn't sleeping quite well. Thankfully this early morning finds her with students in the common room, working on homework or enjoying themselves, the world outside setting an ambience with heavy rain.
"I made a bolt!" It's soft excitement, and she lifts Denki's hand a little, his ring finger nail decorated with a jagged black line. "Like your hair, it looks really neat." She supplied quietly, lowering his hand back to her lap, not quite meeting anybody's direct gaze today.

iSend me 💉 to find my muse disheveled and bloody after a fight!
denki would be the first person to admit that the fight didn’t go according to plan, but there hadn’t really been much of a plan to begin with. his main plan in most any fight, was just to avoid getting hit and avoid electrocuting his friends. there hadn’t been friends to worry about this time, which really should have made things easier on him, and yet.. his opponent had gotten some good hits in before he managed to electrocute them with enough volts to keep them down. it was hard to know just how resistant an opponent would be to electricity, and going in hot was likely to get someone killed, which he didn’t want. but that often left him the one getting hurt. so this left him carefully making his way back to the meeting point on shaky legs, running into kirishima on the way.
“ hey kiri.. i’m sure this looks worse than it is. you know how head wounds are. ” this felt like an important first clarification to make, even if he still felt dead on his feet and more than a little dizzy. he hated feeling like he couldn’t take care of himself as well as the others, and it while it may not be the case, denki wasn’t sure how his classmates wouldn’t see him as weak when he kept getting himself hurt or needing help. “ besides, you should see the other guy. “
“It doesn’t look like nothing!” -Itoshi @ Kami
my muse comes home covered in bruises. send me “it doesn’t look like nothing!” for my muse’s reaction.
“ it really is fine itoshi. “ granted, denki knew he’d be worried if any of the others came back to the dorms with a black eye and bruises littering their arms and shoulders. but how could he tell itoshi or any of the rest of them that he’d been mugged while he was off campus? he was a hero in training for god’s sake, it was embarrassing! it wasn’t like he could let his quirk out on the sidewalk with a bunch of pedestrians nearby, but it still left him feeling useless and like maybe he didn’t belong at ua with the rest of them after all.
“ i’ve been worse than this after training. “ he reassured with a forced laugh.
Denki jumps as Ojiro’s tail slams into the wall behind him before turning to face them all. A quick and startled glance at the others show him that he wasn’t the only one to do so. Guilt sets in quickly however as his classmates begin to yell at them.
If anyone should know how this feels, it’s Denki, not because his quirk is plain, but because he is so often laughed at for the way he acts after frying himself. But Ojiro had never joined in on making fun of him, so what was his excuse? Taking advantage of the fact that it wasn’t about him this time and laughing along with the rest of them was a terrible excuse and Denki knew it.
He shared a guilty look with the others once Ojiro moves away and bites his lip before hurrying after the other blonde. Whlie Denki isn’t always the best with apologies and isn’t sure he’ll be forgiven- if he even deserves to be- he knows that he owes one.
“ Ojiro... I’m really sorry! I don’t think you or your quirk are boring I swear... We were just.. poking fun I guess. But that’s not an excuse, we should have said that stuff... I’m sorry..” He feels terrible to have made Ojiro feel bad, though at this point he wouldn’t blame his classmate for not forgiving any of them. He really needed to learn to shut up. “ You do belong here.. “ he adds softly.

It had just been one offhanded statement during training. A joke? Maybe. An overused joke that hurt? Absolutely.
‘Plain as always!’
Tail twitching, it slams into the wall of rock, breaking it into pieces on impact, and he twirls on his classmates. He’s aware the pain is obvious on his face, the hurt from the words clear as day. He’d taken so much of their “teasing”, dealt with their words so often, but he couldn’t do it anymore.
“ I GET IT, OKAY?! ” His voice comes out as a yell, something he never does. “ I’m PLAIN, I’m BORING, someone with a boring quirk like mine doesn’t deserve to be here, I fucking GET IT! ”
It felt like he was going to break, body trembling, and not even he was aware of the damn that finally broke. Nearly a year of being classmates and they still viewed him as this plain, boring guy who was so predictable. He couldn’t take it anymore.
Tail thumping against the ground, he bares his teeth at them briefly and turns his back on the class, storming to the other side of the training area.
