I mean if you think that selfimage affects ghost's appearence it would make a lot of sense
I also love found family, so maybe Shadow wasn't Johnny's and Kitty's cat and instead they met him when they were all ghosts
Y'all who love depicting Ghost King Danny as an eldritch being in DPxDC crossovers, i have a plothole to offer to you, and then my favorite pastime - the solution making the plothole look like an intentional part of the interior design
The plothole: why are y'all making 'eldritch being' part of a Ghost King's attributes when Pariah Dark never showed anything like it at any point of time????
The solution: lmao y'all i present to you the Thor Ragnarok headcanon, in which the Crown and Ring and Ghost King status don't actually make anyone eldritch, they just make it easier to focus what's already there
So basically
Danny: but i don't have the crown and ring anymore how can i beat them i'd have to like. go full eldritch horror for that

Spectra being Spectra, she doesn’t really care about things like the Holiday Truces, and is wanted in many parts of the Ghost Zone for attacking an even outright killing other ghosts by destroying their cores during truces.
However, Spectra can be seen with several other ghosts including Walker (the person that enforces the rules of that entire section of the zone and definitely wants a dangerous ghost like Spectra captured at all costs) and Skulker (a literal Bounty Hunter) during a Christmas Truce and no one pays any attention to her.
And I headcanon that as being because they don’t know that that’s Spectra. She’s taken a new form that only Danny actually knows about (since he saw her acquire it in the first place), barely anyone even knew what her previous form looked like and she regularly uses fake names. Even her current name of Penelope Spectra is a pseudonym. Danny never brought it up because he assumed that it was a part of the truce and was unaware of Spectra’s truce related crimes.
Danny: So every ghost is a part of this Christmas Truce?
Walker: Every ghost that doesn’t break it.
Danny: Even a ghost like Spectra?
Walker: Oh god no. Spectra isn’t just banned from all Holiday Truces, she’s wanted in countless parts of the Ghost Zone for truce breaking and core destruction during said truces.
