- draco had been confused about his relationship with harry ever since they started hogwarts.

- it wasn’t until their fifth year when he realised: “fuck, i’m in love with harry potter”

- but how was he meant to tell him? draco couldn’t just waltz up to the boy he’d bullied since first year and say “oh by the way, potter, i’m in love with you”. that would be ludicrous!

- so he suppressed his feelings for the gryffindor, going back to his same old ways, bullying anyone who wasn’t a pure-blood slytherin.

- it wasn’t until their infamous battle in the boys bathroom that draco confessed his feelings

- “harry, i love you...” he said breathlessly as he clutched the violent wound that had been inflicted on his abdomen.

- harry couldn’t believe what he was hearing.

- after madam pomfrey tended to dracos injuries and a lot of persuading snape that nothing bad really happened in the bathroom, harry and draco went outside.

- they sat outside the castle in silence. draco was too scared to say anything else, and harry was quite frankly speechless.

- “i love you, harry”

- harry shook his head in disbelief, standing up and staring down at the slytherin. his blood was boiling. “bullshit! you put my friends and i through hell for 6 years and you just turn around and say ‘oh i’m sorry harry i love you!’, you don’t love me”

- draco sat harry down, telling him everything he was feeling. from how he was terrified of his family, to that he felt like he had to be a bad person, to how being in love with harry was the best yet most painful thing he’d ever experienced.

- “oh shut it, malfoy”

- the only thing the two could remember from that night was that they had kissed. and fuck, it was the best kiss they’d ever had in their entire lives.

- draco and harry got together shortly after that night.

- draco was a little bit insecure at first, he was still battling with his inner guilt for how he’d treated harry, but after many conversations, harry had forgiven him.

- hermione was the first to notice that harry and draco had suddenly stopped fighting and were being quite friendly with each other.

- and after she saw them hugging in one of the deserted corridors, she had to do what any best friend would do...

- give them the friendly (if not slightly threatening) best friend talk of course!

- “draco malfoy, if you even THINK about breaking my best friends heart, i swear to MERLIN i will-“

- “okay, okay, granger, i get it” draco replied, keeping a smile on his face even though inside he was shitting himself.

- and so their relationship progressed, and the two started to care less about hiding themselves as much.

- even the teachers were surprised to know that the students who famously hated each other were now deeply in love.

- and deeply in love they were...

- draco shoved his love for harry mostly through physical affection, ESPECIALLY kisses.

- and bloody hell, he was a good kisser.

- his go-to was the good old neck kiss.

- subtle, sweet, and felt good for both of them.

- draco’s affinity for neck kisses often left harry with deep red marks on his skin that resembled the scarlet tie that harry wore daily.

- harry secretly loved it though.

- draco being taller than harry, he loved being able to wrap his arms around the gryffindor and hold him to his hearts content.

- harry loved giving him back hugs too, being able to rest his head in draco’s shoulder was his favourite thing.

- harry LOVES stealing draco’s clothes.

- he once wore his slytherin scarf and his quidditch teammates went INSANE.

- “harry! you’re wearing the colours of the opposition!” complained ron.

- nevertheless, harry adores being able to sleep in draco’s t-shirts at night considering they could never share a bed.

- draco started staying at hogwarts over christmas again to be with harry. he’d chose being with his boyfriend over his family any day.

- this meant that they had much more time to spend together than they were used to, and they used that time well.

- after figuring out a way to get draco into gryffindor tower, harry was ecstatic.

- that night draco slept over. they watched the sun set from one of the windows in the tower, had a little bit of a make out session, and got into bed. harry remembered the feeling of falling asleep in dracos arms for the first time, listening to his heartbeat as he slowly dozed off.

- after christmas, things started to get serious for the two.

- draco’s family had found out about their relationship. narcissa was extremely happy for them both, whilst lucius was the complete opposite.

- draco couldn’t give two shits; he wasn’t going to leave harry just because his father didn’t approve.

- draco and harry had found a new hobby: sneaking out of lessons to go shag in random broom closets.

- draco is top of course

- harry’s invisibility cloak came in handy for their midnight rendezvous, making it much harder for filch to catch them making out in the corridors.

- they’d been caught a couple of times of course, both times by umbridge who was absolutely disgusted to see two boys kissing.

★ We all know that Harry is a stubborn little shit, so like Draco, he would randomly drag Draco away from his friends, or work, or parents, or whatever he is doing to cuddle with him, if only for a few minutes.

★ Favorite places to cuddle are - couch, outside in the garden at night under the stars on a blanket(draco thinks it's romantic), couch, and bed cuddles are rare because cuddlling on the bed would lead to other things-

★ Harry likes wearing Draco's oversized hoddies or shirts because it makes him feel small and special.

★ Positions - Harry's neck nicely snugglled under Draco's neck, his hands grabbing onto Draco's shirt, one leg on top of Draco's legs. Draco's chin on Harry's hair, his arm around Harry's chest and one under Harry's head, and one leg on top of Harry's legs.

★ Other side - Harry's back against Draco's chest. One of Draco's leg on top of Harry and the other on the bed. His face in Harry's neck, his breath tickling Harry.

★ Sometimes Draco would be the one to drag Harry away because he needs to have Harry alone with him for a little bit. Or he needs conformation that Harry is here and his.

★ And sometimes the cuddles are in the early morning on a Saturday, when they've both finished breakfeast and are done with they're work. They'll sit on the couch, Harry's head on Draco's lap, and Draco's hand petting Harry's hair slowly as they both read a book with a tv show on the telly in the background for some noise.

★ Breafeast in bed cuddles are officially the best cuddles - Draco 2021

★ Harry, like everyone knows already is a morning bird. So he would somehow slowly get away from Draco at 5 or 6 in the morning to do his morning stuff and at around 8 he'll start making breakfeast (mostly pancakes and an English breakfeast), so when Draco wakes up around 9 he'll present Draco with a breakfeast in bed.

★ And most of the time when Harry tries to leave in the morning after giving Draco his breakfeast in bed, Draco won't let him. Instead he'll make Harry sit down and feed him his breakfeast by hand to Harry as he lay on Draco's chest.

★ And last but not least, they have a dog (a black German Shepard) named Sirius, who is very cuddley and will no doubt jump on top of Harry and Draco when their cuddlling on the couch and demand to also sleep with them.
