Erehisu has been my beloved Otp since like 2020, they'll always have a soft spot in my Heart ❤️.
And honestly the way their characters were ruined was one of the most heartwrenching things to witness
"healthy" doesn't always mean good in fiction. Eremika's unhealthiness is what makes the ship compelling and interesting. It's built into the core of the story. Also your "healthiest ship" requires ignoring that he emotionally manipulated her into keeping her mouth shut about his genocide plan and threatened to have her memories erased. Historia never expressed any interest in him that way. Men and women can in fact just be friends.
Ohh boy, you're bold anon, I have to hand it to ya.
Yes healthy doesn't always mean good, in fact it can actually lead to some very boring ships, but that is still a perfectly good thing to look for in a pairing.
In contrast unhealthy can be interesting, but mostly leads to abusive relationships that get glorified by the fandom in spite of their toxic nature, and in this aspect Eremika is no exception. These two are just awful for one another.
He headbutts her, call her names, tells her he hates her (I know he didn't mean it, but it wrecked her emotionally so my point stands) put her in a situation that could have gotten her killed, never confided in her regarding his plans etc...
She was an overbearing mama who constantly treated him like an incompetent child that couldn't do anything on his own.
What's compelling in a relationship with this dynamic:
"Eren eat your veggies!"
"Eren put on a coat, or you're gonna catch a cold!"
"Eren don't run you're gonna trip!"

She literally deluded herself for years into believing that everything he did was somehow tied back to her. Even Armin, Reiner and Berthold gave her the 🙄 look.
Also her entire character revolves around him and it makes her super boring and robotic. Even after he dies she spends her life worshipping his grave and dies with that gosh darned scarf on her neck. She only took it off once ( when she gave an ounce of development) before cruelly snatching it from the hands of a dying girl that was using it for comfort (something I'll never forgive her for).
She was originally meant to break away from him but alas, good writing died after 134.
Annd the story never revolved around them. Mikasa only became the protagonist in the last chapter out of fucking thin air and it looked soo forced. Lmao Hisu had more parallels with Ymir than Mikasa of all people.
The only time their relationship mattered was at the end of season 2, but after that we got nothing important.
Last thing on this dumpster fire of a ship... They're boring asf.
Like I know some unhealthy relationships that are toxic and all, but the characters have chemistry, and it can make up for the awful shit they can do to eachother. Eremika has no chemistry. I would rather watch paint dry than think about them romantically.
Regarding Erehisu... Have we read the same aot chapter? Or just the same conversation between Eren and Historia? Because I don't think so.

What? When did this ever happen? She chose to stay silent. Hell he didn't even need to tell her his plans, it was quite risky, since she could have snitched on him to the Mps and ruined everything.
He chose to confide in her cause he knew she wouldn't tell, cause she was the worst girl in the world who saved him, the girl who chose her selfishness over the world already, in that cave when she saved him, when she told him that she would always be his ally, that they were enemies of humanity.
She never wanted the future that she was destined to if she accepted the 50 year plan. She had accepted it for the greater good. Something selfless that only Christa could have done.
He knew that, and reminded her of who she really was. A selfish, normal girl like everyone else.
She was shocked by the genocide that awaited them if they followed Eren's plan but ultimately chose it over sacrificing herself and her future children. Totally in character, no manipulation involved lmao.
He threatened to erase her memories
Nope. She was upset so he offered to lighten her burden by erasing her memories if she wanted to. It was a proposal made out of empathy for her shock. No threats, where did you see em?
She was never interested in him
Say what you want about her feelings for him, interpret them how you please, but you can't deny a connection from which feelings could blossom. This meme perfectly sums up my thoughts about this:
Yes men and women can be friends, I just don't see it this way for Erehisu. Actually I could tell you the same thing for Eremika. Better as siblings lol.
Parallelism between Eren and Historia Both had a routine boring life when they were kids. Then they got a book that made them gain interest in something, also made them aware of their reality. Historia was a lonely kid who didn’t experiences maternal love, and Eren was prisoner in a big cage while the world is way bigger and beautiful, he wasn’t free. Historia was curious about how her mother would react about a hug, and she was so excited, but reality hits her, and the mother despised her. Eren was excited to join the survey corps because he wanted know the outside world. But then, titans attacked, killed his mom, so he joined the training corps in order to be in the survey corps, and when he had to fight titans he was so confident, with high expectations, but reality hits him and many comrades died and he couldn’t help it. But still, im glad that they could overcome their hard moments and keep moving forward, even if now they are in a complicated situation. We still have to know both of them POVs.
I dont think historia's character wouldn't go so well for her by having a stranger's baby from her childhood that used to bully to be the father I mean seriously she has nothing at all with the guy and if she did sleep with him (which i hope not) she wouldn't be normal and people will start to wonder on why their own queen slept with a random guy to have a random baby with that's not even out of anything. When the father is confirmed soon I hope its eren because we seen the way these two go.
Hello anon!I totally agree. I love Historia and her development so much, i think it would be so fucked up if Historia was forced to get pregnant just to save Zeke’s ass. Like that couldn’t the outcome of the character, a simple resource. I do think Eren and Historia’s bond was built for sth else. I mean, they have their own Arc. Now it was confirmed that Eren and Historia met after time skip and before Eren left Paradis. That’s obviously important. And im happy for that cause many people said she was manipulated by Yelena, that would destroy her character. Instead, she met Eren, he probably convinced her, and she is working with him. She would work with someone who she has a strong bond. About Eren being the father, i hope so, imagine Eren saying that she has to have a baby with a random guy who she doesn’t even know, just in her childhood. That would be weird. And there are so many red herrings. She needs this random guy in order that nobody suspects about her working with Eren. Why she did say nothing about this farmer guy? She knows she is the queen, and she obviously has her friends, but nobody knew about this secret relationship. She didn’t get married. And also Eren cares so much about Historia. When Hanji was talking to Eren, she named Historia 2 times as a bait, but not another character. I was wondering what are the feelings she thinks he has towards her that could work as a bait?It still doesn’t necessary has to be in a romantic way, but it would be better if Eren is the father for the meaning of his bond with her, and cause Historia once said that she is Eren’s ally and if that means she is an enemy of humanity she will accept it. And now, Eren is kind of enemy of humanity, so she will be his ally. Currently, he is the closest person to her. She is a loyal girl as much as she was with Ymir. Maybe Historia is the only one who knows Eren’s pov.Im sorry for the bad writting, im not that good with english but i wish u can understand
How many Parallels/hints/panels has isayama done for EH over the arcs+timeskips because I seen the way on how isayama puts theses two character's together very closely and that shows us something. What do you think about their relationship.

The ones not that important and more random like attitudes or random datas. Most of the parallel images im going to use, i took them from twitter long ago.Before start, i apologize for my english, but i hope you understand my point.Lets start:
1-Killing their first titan, the emotion, the pose and the movement

16- Fake previews, AU, where they both feel so bored about their lifes (And she is the one who understands him).Historia was a kid who received no love and being despised bullied and ignored. While time passed, she didn’t understand what did she do wrong. she felt depressed, insecure, feeling that her existence was unnecesar, that everyone would be happier if she wasnt alive. She blamed herself for everything. She had no goals, only wanting to commit suicide so people will love her for doing sth heroic, and also making other happ with her death. Then, Ymir appeard, she finally felt what life was, she wanted to live, Ymir made her to love herself, she was the one who inspirated her but then she left her saving the warriors, making Historia feeling lost again, the only person who she cared left her, and was alone again. But then Eren appears. She opened to someone else than Ymir, cause he saw through her mask and knew there was sth wrong with her. Then, he said what she needed to be told since the very begining. All she wanted is to be a normal person. She still was kind of lost and depressed (totally normal) and they even wanted her to make her the queen. With all her insecurities and fear because of rejection (something she experience along her entire life) of the whole people in the walls. She had the pressure but she accepted fearfull. Then, she met her father, he said sorry for everything, but he needed to do that in order to protect her, and now is the one who gonna save everyone being the new goddes by having the founding titan. What this meant for her, is that everything was a lie, she was loved, she was special, and finally she had a duty protecting hmanity from titans. But for this she had to kill Eren, and she was going to do it, she blinded herself because how nice everything sounds, and how everything that made her suffer was a lie. She was prepared to sacrifice Eren but not for humanity, for herself, beleiving she was special, her father loved her, a new goal.Eren on the other hand, he was totally different from Historia, a confident kid, with forcefulness goals, killing titans, those who destroyed his life. While he was growing, he kind of thought that he was someone special because of his titan power. And also, there was a big pressure on him with big expectations from soldiers and humanity. He had the title of being the hope of humanity. He kept confident until the Rod Reiss speech. This young boy who was so confident, now was broken for those words, wanting to die in order to, at least, make something good for humanity with his death. Everything about being special was a lie. He never needed to happened. That’s what he said. And Historia heard him. She totally felt that, she knew those feelings. here is the most importan parallelism that made their relationship that strong. Historia opened her eyes, her father was using him, she saved Eren, who still wanted to die and she hits him, being on his side, telling him that humanity is the one who must be destroyed, that she is the enemy of humanity. The enemy of humanity because she didn’t accept her duty, she wanted to live by herself, didn’t accept to be a goddes, a special person for humanity. And because she saved Eren, the “guilty” of everything. Doing this, means that she is on his side (and bc of this, enemy of humanity) so he is not alone. Now she was the one who was trying to make Eren gain some self esteem. Also she wanted to make sure that it wasn’t true that he was no needed. Some chapters later, watching Historia’s development, he understood he was not special, that feeling actually made him weak. But even if he is not special, he must help because he CAN, even without being different of the rest. He needed to chose his path, took decisions, as Historia, who finally decided her path but she wanted to do something in order to become more confident and to overcome herself. She chose to not be a goddes, but a normal person that fight and do what she can do for humanity, and that’s what Eren did, she inspired him, (if im not wrong, isayama said that he was inspired watching Historia in a guidebook). There is no need to be special, just do what you can, broke the chains. Both Eren and Historia were chained by their respective fathers. Historia got rid of this, and then also Eren. He respects her so much since all this situation. She was so important to Eren’s development. Seems that they become close.
Here you can see when he starts talking about the blondie. He understands her. (Also he ignores Jean trying to bother him with provocations)

Then changing the topic, finally Eren changing his countenance, and then just kidding like close friends. Also Historia
Also, you see how Historia takes a box and kept walking but then she decided to wait and walk with Eren but not with the other ones. You she how she is closer to him than with the rest and feel confortable with him.This relationship is based on empathy, muttual support and inspiration. Both of them were for each other when both weren’t psychologically in a good way or needed help, even if they weren’t that close in the beginning. He was the only one besides Ymir that saw the real her, and supported her. She was the only one who could understand, support, and inspire him in his worst situation. And you see how much Eren is concern about her and protects her. How he smiles when she is arround and sees her happy. You will never imagine that he would smile again after shiganshina’s battle with that traumatic experience, but he still smiled because of her. For me, all of this is beautiful. How positive they are for each other, how they helped each other when they were down in their worst situation. I appreciate that so much and i love it!I don’t think this relationship was built for nothing (not necessary in a romantic way).
The way that isayama develops eren and historia character in mind has shown a lot between them ever since the uprising arc and timeskips and it feels so normal that they understand each other and how deeply connected they are and if eren is the father (which i am still waiting for it to be confirmed) I think it would fit the story secretly well and makes a lot of sense and historia would feel a lot more comfortable and happy to have a man that she knows and has a connection with to have a baby.

(And for my english too)They have a natural development on their relationship, it’s so beautiful how both are confortable with each other, how they helped each other and were important for their development. The way Eren smiles when she smiles or is happy (chapter 89 and 107). And many other things.I agree with you, Eren being he father fits way better than the farmer being Historia’s baby daddy. Isayama made a whole arc for the developent of Eren-Historia, and i don’t think he did it for nothing. Even out of that arc, we can see how much both appreciate each other, and specially how Isayama emphasizes that he doesn’t want to sacrifice her, how he cares about her. And we know that both had a talk when we saw Eren’s fragmented memories. It would be kind of weird if Eren goes to her and tells that she must have a baby with a random guy. For her, he is the closest person and would be way more comfortable if he is the daddy. We see that she is definitly not happy with the farmer. People of deny Eren being the father is because they would hate the idea and like to believe what Historia said. I mean, how can you believe that the she is in love with that guy, showing that expression? She isn’t even married, and has a secret relationship with a random guy, being the queen? And knowing how much shit people talk about that? I mean, she is the bastard daghter of the king, how wouldn’t she be aware of how negative having a bastard child seems for others? Still, this doesn’t mean that Eren si the father at all. But people who believe what Historia said just because they don’t want Eren to be the father needs to know how much Historia lied about that romantic relationship with that guy, so why wouldn’t she lie about who the baby daddy is? She obviously won’t say Eren is the father come on. That puts her at risk. Also i think it would be nice that, even if Eren dies, his child would live in a free world.But still, im not sure if he is the father. 50/50. But i think it would fit better as you said. Because if Eren is not, Historia would look like a resource character who is only there to save Zeke’s ass and fulfill Eren’s plan.
