Eurylocus - Tumblr Posts

Am I the only epic fan who doesnt really get the storyline? Like some of it makes sense but other times i see posts that are like oh that time when agcrolus tells polites it'll be okay breaks my heart because it parallels Odysseus' relationship with eurylochus in the scene on the beach and the bond that they have- and I'm over here like ?? What beach? Who is agcrolus? When did that happen? And even if I replay the song people are talking about explicitly, I still don't figure out what they're talking about. like I'll listen so closely and don't know who that character is or when that conversation is or anything. I'm completely lost

Also I made up the name agcrolus so that anyone reading this would also be as lost as I am, to make my point. I don't know if anyone will be confused by that but I want to clear that up
