So it's been almost four days since FIFA World Cup 2022 (Copa Mundial dé fútbol), has started in Qatar. Did anybody else see the ridiculous behavior of the refs during this game? I’ve been playing soccer for 10+ years and even coach Jr High soccer, and the ref missed some horrible/dangerous behavior from the Netherlands team. Sliding in the box, playing on the ground, grabbing another players hair, and then calling the USA team for fouls that technically aren’t even true fouls. How can you ignore behavior that is listed as dangerous but go after players for fouls that aren’t even in the rule book?
