Sometimes I think about how much better Sephiroth's life would have been had he been better friends with Zack and less close to genesis. Maybe he wouldn't have spiraled out of control enough to let jenova manipulate him, Maybe he could have even been a true hero fighting alongside Zack and Angeal to defeat Jenova. Who knows but I do believe he needed a positive force in his life but never got one until it was too late
They both have those sad eyes and those comforting smiles, I can't look at one and not think of the other.
I like to imagine the average asg interaction going along as them chilling somewhere and :
1.) genesis says/does some stupid shit™️ (purposefully)
2.) angeal tells genesis to stop saying/doing stupid shit™️
3.) genesis talks back
4.) angeal sees red
meanwhile sephiroth just watches
