Hi mushroom side of tumblr. I found a cool mushroom and i want to see if anyone knows what it is.

Hello there, fungi friend.

Adventures in the swamp. We got to hang with the mushrooms, Tupelo’s, and the cutest little snake I have ever seen.

The camping site was abundant in fungi. The land was delivering some pretty cool surprises this weekend. Foggy summer days plus mushroom abundance made me so happy.

I was out in the swamp yesterday, and these were very abundant.

The logs and trees were covered in moss and fungi today

You know I love to see it.

Balsam Trail, Mount Mitchell, NC

This mountain is known for its height. At 6,684 feet tall, it is the tallest mountain and peak east of the Mississippi River, and the tallest peak in the Appalachian mountain range.

The old growth forest on this mountain is an extremely rare and special place. The Balsam Trail is one of my most favorite places in the world. It feels like you are transported into another world. It’s absolutely amazing.

Hung out in the swamp Tuesday.

Going the opposite route this time! We’re getting a mermaid today! I think what I love most is the bubbles-

Last day of mystical mushrooms! We now have a Valentine’s Day witch, in honor of the holiday!
